I love these shoes! After wearing them for a couple of months, I went back to Zappos and ordered a second pair in another color. Overall the shoe is cute and stylish. The platform sole adds a couple of inches to my overall height, which I like. It is comfortable to walk in although I have noticed that my feet get hotter than with other shoes. During the winter months this extra warmth has felt wonderful - I no longer have to wear super thick socks in order to keep my feet warm. Because the construction is rather stiff, I've opted to use a shoehorn every time I put them on.

Definitely agree with other reviews about the sizing being small. The heel piece is too flexible to allow you to "slide" your foot in the opening (even with a shoe horn).

I have to use a shoehorn to get these on, but once on they are super comfortable. They feel a bit like Danskos with a more give in the instep.

This is a cute 'mini' bootie shoe. It is almost 'elf-like'! It goes on with a shoe horn..and is worth the effort. I rated it 4 stars, because it isn't 5 star quality, but it does get lots of compliments! The leather is shaded. The quality is very good for this price bracket, I believe. I have it in both colors, and they are good Fall shades. It does have pretty good support. I have worn them all day a couple times! I wear a size 8 normally, and I got that size in this.
I'd also recommend: Some Naot, other Spring Step, Aravon

These are cute shoes and they are very lightweight. But they run very small. I am a 7½-8 medium width and I cannot even get the size 38 on! I have to return them and a size bigger is not available.
I'd also recommend: dansko, born, alegria
