I really liked the look of this boot on and with my wide calves, it fit great. Generally I wear a 7 wide, but tried this in a 7.5, which usually works. This shoe was too narrow so I had to return it.

This is an attractive traditional looking boot that's got a great, cushy feel. It's a good choice if you need a winter boot that's professional looking and waterproof. The faux fur is nice and soft and the heel height is a bit over an inch, so comfortable but not flat. The boot does run a little narrow through the toe area; so it did not work as well as another pair for my average-to-wide feet. I think if there had been a wide size option, it would be a keeper because it's supportive and seems comfortable.

These shoes are pretty comfortable and very warm. I inferred from the name "spring step" that there would be extra support. However, I was wrong. My feet get a little sore if walking long distances.
