These sandals seemed really well-made. The footbed was very comfortable and the length and width seemed true to size. However, these didn't fit me at all, because there was way too much space between the top of my foot and the straps. I could fit a whole finger between my foot and the straps. Yes, I could tighten the one strap with the velcro, but the difference of the rest was just too big. I guess my foot didn't have enough girth, for lack of a better term, although this is something I've only encountered once or twice before.

These shoes are very comfortable. I wore them for the first time, not realizing I would be standing in them for several hours. It was like they were shoes I had owned for years. They are very cute shoes, too.

These sandals are fairly cute but seem to run 1/2 size too short. There is hook and loop to adjust the tightness of the top strap but it will only go larger, not smaller. This was of no help to me as I needed it to be tighter. The cushioning was OK, but no arch support. I really don't know why this brand is called Spring Step, it's not really a comfort shoe.

Just got these shoes and they are just as cute in person as they are on the website. Due to other reviews, I ordered a size larger. I usually wear 8.5 and the fit was nice. The comfort of the shoe was nice as well, however, as other reviewers mentioned, there was too much room in the shoe and it could not be adjusted. So, I will be sending these back. Too bad cause they are really cute shoes.

I was looking for a pretty black sandal for work and they needed to be comfortable. These are very close to perfect. I had a couple sore spots from the straps rubbing on my toes the first day, but after that, very comfortable. As always, Zappos service was fantastic!

These sandals are rather inexpensive. I bought them for around the house. They have terrific bounce, which should help my heels when I am on my feet all day. They are very attractive on the foot.

I'm a loyal "Spring Step" shopper, but didn't love these shoes - primarily the style wasn't what I was looking for. I also felt like these ran a little smaller than other Spring Step shoes (I have a wide/curved foot), I thought they were a little short in length as well (normally order a 39 in S.S. shoes). Although these are super lightweight, they were a little clunky looking for my taste.

Very light and comfortable, but they definitely run a little small. I'm a pretty solid 8.5 and I bought these in a 39, but there was no wiggle room for my toes. Sadly, I had to send them back (and there were no 40s), but I really liked how light they were and they were super comfy.

After ordering a number of Clarks sandals that did not fit I made the choice to try a Spring Step with the European sizing 5.5-6 and found that this is a perfect size for my feet. I have a 5.5 arch but short toes which befit a size 5. Combining the two sizes is a perfect selection for me- maybe my feet are 5-3/4 size. This is the second pair I have ordered, and they do run a little short (a size 6 would not have enough length), but they are a perfect fit for a size 5.5.

I'm a size 8 1/2 and the 39 fit perfectly. It's a return though because of the poor quality of the leather - more like a house sandal, and the stitching on the underside of the straps is rough and irritating. Very flimsy. Would have paid $20 and use it as a house slipper.

As much as I like the shoe, I find the sole of the shoe to be dangerous. I have slipped on my bathroom floor, I have slipped in supermarkets, and now I am uncertain as to whether I want to continue to wear this shoe. I would not recommend it to anyone.
