The band that goes across your toes ripped on the side after wearing the shoes the second time. Zappos refunded my money.

I love these shoes. First pair of Spring Step shoes I bought and I'm hooked. Have 2 pair now, but they are so cute and yet comfy. I have back problems and always have to sacrifice the cute-factor on shoes until now. Plus, I have received more compliments on these shoes than you would believe, not just at work/friends but strangers. Comes with replacement heel-guard thing, nice touch. I'd recommend to all.

These sandals are super cute! Going on vacation and was looking for something that would go with all my outfits and these are perfect! They are very comfortable and stay on my feet no problem, and they don't flop when you walk. I'm in between a 7.5 and 8 and I ordered the 8 and they fit perfect.

Beautiful, comfortable shoe. True to size, and I get compliments on them all the time, Zappos is great to deal with. I'm a hair stylist and have worn these to work for the whole day.
