These shoes looked cute online. But when I opened the package and saw the shoes my first impression was that they look cheap. They do not look like you spent this price on them. I am sending them back based on that alone. Sorry.

This is a nice shoe. I bought it in camel, and will buy two more pairs (red & black). I have very wide feet, and I thought the adjustable straps would help. Let me say...they help with putting the shoe on, but there's not a lot of flexibility with width. That said, it's a casual shoe, and works well enough. The 'right' shoe, out of the box, the leather inside flap was bent badly. It has taken some wearing to smooth it out, so that the shoe goes on easily. There was no problem with the left shoe. There is no arch support to speak of. But it's a casual shoe. I didn't really expect much arch support. I wear a size 11, and I don't feel that I'm wearing a shoe box. There some cute styling with this.

I ordered the size I usually wear and it was a full size smaller than indicated. I wish I would have read the reviews first, I tried 2 sizes before I gave up.

I love these! These are so comfortable just like others stated. They are light and leather is so soft. Very happy and they look great!

Really like this boot. It's warm, comfortable and cute. I like that it's flexible and not stiff like some other boots, so it's more comfortable to walk in. The zip up makes it easier to tuck in pants too. It was warm enough for me when it snowed here recently but not sure if it would be warm enough for really cold places with really deep snow or 0 degree weather.

These boots are drop dead gorgeous and they're proof that you don't have to pay sky-high prices to find a quality boot. Very comfortable and the cuff & buckle make it fun and classy looking and surpassed my expectations.

This is a very basic black boot; very comfortable, very plain and will go with everything. Since I like a bit more style and 'wow' with my shoes, these are not for me. But very comfortable overall.

They look cute but the quality is not all there. The leather looks almost like rubber boots (I ordered them in black) and doesn't look to be high quality. They were comfortable; a little loose in the heel so, as with all cowboy boots; order half to whole size down for better fit in the long run.

I love these clogs! The are well made and great looking. The soles are not flexible, but they are contoured, so they are easy to walk in. They fit true to size, and I get compliments on them all the time!

Be careful when ordering these shoes...they run about 1.5 sizes too small. I am a size 11, and my mom is a 9, and they fit her perfectly.

I agree the sizing is small. I wear a 42 comfortably and these 42s were at least a half size too small. But overall comfort of the shoe itself felt good, if the size were correct. Also, the color is much brighter than the picture shoes. My niece referred to it as "distressed recycling bin" blue!

Definitely agree with other reviews about the sizing being small. The heel piece is too flexible to allow you to "slide" your foot in the opening (even with a shoe horn).

Love Zappos & the clog. comfortable & stylish. The customer service is very accommodating and gave me time to decide between two shoes on which size was more comfortable - I kept both!

I have the hardest time finding cute, comfortable shoes that are wide enough, and I was so happy that these fit. I have extra-wide feet and these happen to fit even though they are standard width - I find European-sized shoes to be more forgiving with width, and on these shoes in particular the sides are very accommodating because of how they are constructed. The strap on the back is comfortable so far too, though I may have to punch an extra hole to get them tight enough. They rub slightly on my big toe, but I think this could be dealt with. I also agree with another reviewer that on smooth floors the bottom sole is slippery, but with some wear I think it would be less of a problem. Wedding here I come!

These boots have something sewn into the heel of the footbed that has an edge that you can feel when you walk: I needed to put an insole over that area. Also, the shaft of the boot is kind of rough and rubs the leg -- hope this won't ruin my tights. On the positive side, I love the style and the heel height and shape are very nice. Despite the drawbacks, I love these!

I love these boots! They are really comfortable to walk in and cute enough to wear even if it's not snowing. They are also really warm!

I love the style of this shoe but I ended up getting rid of them. Something about the material makes my feet sweat and smell like crazy! I have never had this problem with other shoes, and I don't see that any other reveiwers had this issue, but it is really bad. The sole has some kind of soft lining that is supposed to be comfortable, and it does keep your foot from slipping forward, but it causes this problem for me.

I wish I could say I was happy with this purchase, but after wearing these shoes three times, one sprung a leak which now causes an incredibly annoying whistling noise with each step. Yup, no stealthy sneaking up on anyone for me when I wear these. I should have returned them.

I am a nurse and these are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in my whole career of 30+ years. I wished I had purchased more then one pair as it looks like they won't be making them anymore.

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable. They seem to weigh less than similar Dansko clogs. Unlike Dansko, the heel of the shoe is soft and fitted to the foot although, I believe, they are still designed to slide when walking. As others have mentioned this brand tends to run small. I usually wear a size 8, and European size 39 usually fit loosely. These shoes, in a size 39, just fit with my toe grazing the front. I have a long narrow foot, and although clogs, these shoes fit snugly.
