Just received this boot. It's really cute, the edge around the boot is well made, the actual material used for the boot is a soft plastic, seems like it can tear easily. The size runs small. I'm a size 9, I ordered a 9 1/2 just to have some room for thicker socks and it was small not in the width but the length. I've returned for a 10 because the boot is comfortable and looks nice. So save your time exchanging this boot order a larger size. And if you are looking for a strong material boot not just cute and waterproof, this may not be the shoe for you.

Look pretty, but over time, the got loose, and there is no way to make them tight again. Don't know why but every time I walk them more than 2 hours, my heels start hurting.
Brands I'd also recommend: north face
