This was my first purchase with Zappos. I had looked for these boots everywhere, no one had my size. With help from my step-daughter, we found them. The price was fantastic, it was simple to order and the shipping was free and fast. I am very satisfied and look forward to doing more business with Zappos!

Needed a somewhat good looking, tall, waterproof, reasonably priced, and sensible pair of boots to last here in upstate NY (where we get tons of snow). These Sporto's fit the bill perfectly! As always Zappos service is the best!

I was leery to buy a pair of boots without trying them on. These boots are as exactly as I thought they would be. Nice looking, comfortable, and I'm sure they will be warm. They are in my closet waiting for the first big snowfall (ugh!) a fact of life in Chicago. Will definitely order from Zappos again. Also, Zappos.com has great customer service.

I loved the look of these boots, and even though they did fit my foot in my usual size, 7.5, they were too bulky around the ankle. It is almost like there is too much leather and it buckles in the front of my foot when I walk. Unfortunately I will have to send these back.

These are the cutest boots! My regular size is a 9 and they fit perfect. The faux fur around the top and the overall style of this boot is very flattering. I got so many compliments on the first day I wore these to work. My husband, who doesn't usually pay attention to my footwear - complimented me on them too!
