Overall:

These shoes are great. Everything I have ever ordered comes quickly & the quality is great. I appreciate that if I have to make a return, I don't have to pay postage. A guy at UPS told me to always shop at Zappos, not online shoes.

A little snug but still good. I actually got these boots at MJM Designer shoes on sale. I wear size 8, but got these in an 81/2 because they are definitely a bit snug fitting. I know they claim to be waterproof, but I'm skeptical. They don't feel "hardy" enough to be waterproof. I guess time will tell.

I wanted to keep them, but... I thought they were going to work, even though they run smaller than marked. I read a review that said this and I ordered a 7 instead of a 6. Good thing I did because they just fit, and there's the but. I wore them around my office and just sitting at my computer and they grew increasing snug and uncomfortable, rubbing on the top of my foot and this was just sitting. If I had worn them a full day it would have been horrible and then I couldn't have returned them dirty. So better cut my losses and return them now. Darn it!

These shoes are very light and comfortable. The picture is exactly how they look when you get them out of the box. I got the black ones, and would recommend getting a half size down unless you want to wear thick socks with them all the time. I have narrow feet and wished the ties were more functional. All in all really cute and warm!

I almost forgot to mention that the heel is so well made that it does not feel at all like you are wearing a taller soled boot. I feel very balanced and confident wearing these.

I agree with the 5'9" woman. I am just a hair below her height, and therefore tend not to wear heels, particularly with boots. I saw this pair in a local shop, tried them on, and was amazed. I am always a 9 wide, but these were plenty roomy in length and width. More importantly, they are very lightweight and have soles with excellent traction, two things that are quite rare to find in this heavy, clunky, lug-soled Ugg age. I ordered a pair in black and they make my semi-long feet look cute and little! I can't say enough for this boot. Even if you are a wide, it's worth a try, as they are so comfortable and light.

These are perfect shoes for rainy days. They keep my feet warm and dry. I don't wear heels that often, so they do hurt the ball of my foot after a while. (I also have a plantar wart on the ball of my right foot, so the pain is probably specific to me!) But as far as heels go these are some of the most comfortable I've ever put on. I have the brown ones and I'm obsessed with how cute they are.

What a stylish and comfortable boot. They look feminine, but are extremely practical. I chose to get a half size larger to accommodate a thick wool sock, which works quite well. Once the snow begins to fly, the tread on the bottom will help to keep me from slipping on the ice and snow. This boot looks great with skirts.

Purchased these shoes thinking I would hate how sensible they are (especially for rainy Portland) and return them for a pair of cute ankle boots. Well, no go. These shoes are super comfy and way cuter than I thought. Here's to dry feet!

I just got the light brown shoes and love them! I wore them all day running errands and they are so comfortable. There were a little tight at first but loosened within an hour. I was worried the fur might be too bulky under jeans, but it wasn't a problem at all. They fit true to size. I highly recommend these shoes!

I love these boots, but haven't tried them out in the snow yet. They're well-made and comfortable. I have a very narrow foot (7 AA) so I'm using an insert and thick socks. They're cute with pants and skirts.

These boots are awesome! They feel so good on, but I had to send back the size 9 and get a size 9.5 because of the way they're made. When you slide your foot in it's a little tight, but then they are fabulous.

Amazingly speedy service. I ordered the Carmen boots in tan on Sunday night and Monday afternoon they were on my feet. The boots are incredibly comfortable with the perfect heel height for everyday running around. The fit was perfect. I recommend Sporto and Zappos.

I've worn this style shoe for about 25 years now. I have horses and a barn and they are wonderful for working outdoors in dry or wet conditions. And perfect for riding in. Sizes though are tough. I typically wear a size 7 in almost all shoes. But the 7 in these are too short. Toe hits the front. But size 8 is too big and rubs on ankle bone. I kept the 8 and put inserts in them, and that helps a lot. I wish Sporto would make 1/2 sizes. Other than that, great shoe! Very cute and not too bulky looking or too heavy.

This is a great rain-boot. It is both stylish and functional as it successfully passed the rainy-day puddle test. It was a little tight around the rim of the shaft for my calves but I liked the design and style so much that I kept them anyway and just cut out the little bit of extra material around the slits at the top and gained some space. The fit is otherwise great and comfortable.

Wonderful! Very comfortable, and nice looking, too. The furry like lining feels great, and they are easy to walk in. I have to walk a distance from where I park my car to where I work, so the comfort factor is very important. Recommend getting at least 1/2 size larger than your regular shoe size. I did and I can comfortably wear knee highs with them. If you want to wear them with heavy socks, I'd recommend at least 1 full size larger.

Love them, but too narrow. I could not keep these because the medium ran narrow in width and no wide available. Also because they are not leather, was not sure if they would stretch and become more comfortable. Would love to find similar that felt better.

I bought the Derby shoe in black last year along w/ another pair of more serious snowshoes to survive my first winter in the midwest. I ended up wearing only this pair nearly every single day trekking to school in the snow. Loved them so much that I came online to find another pair and it seems like they were sold out for awhile. But now the Derby is back so I\\\'ll probably get another. The only thing I didn\\\'t like was that the insoles would slip out and putting them on again this year it felt like there could\\\'ve been just slightly more cushioning. Very cute shoe - got lots of compliments for them.

I bought these boots last year and my husband calls them my "special" boots because they make your feet pronate (the material makes your ankles slip inward). Very low quality boot!

I just got these in this morning. They\'re very comfy right out of the box, but I have to warn you that I have narrow feet and they\'re snug on me, so if you have wider feet I\'d order a half size up or a wider size if available. I\'m hoping they\'ll stretch out a bit, but they\'re not tight enough to be uncomfortable for me. The length is true to size though, and they have decent support. I can see these being comfy all day for going to work, walking around, etc. One bonus - I wear a size 10 and these make my feet look tiny. Love them!
