Best Spira so far and I have had at least 5 pairs of the Volare Retro previously. Normally I wear an 8 but had to get these in 8 and a half. Comfortable and look great! I wear for workouts and everyday. Spira, more like this please!
Brands I'd also recommend: Fit Flop and Spira

If Michaela had tried these on, there would be no Nike Air, just Spira Air. These shoes make you fly and propel through the air like nothing I have ever worn. I use them for zumba and after I hit the floor, I bounce off like a trampoline, it is crazy fun and cool looking. Folks will be turning heads to check you for sure! Skip all the other zumba shoes, and get these!

I have spent the past year looking for the perfect shoe for zumba. I finally found it. I have been having pain for a long time as I do a lot of high impact instructing. These took my pain from unbearable to non-existent! I probably could have ordered a half size up. Arch support is fabulous, I'm able to jump easily, I don't have problems with lateral movements, and I have no pain. These shoes are a dream, and I immediately ordered a pair for running. Great for anyone with foot, knee, or back problems, or for the person who is hard on shoes! Didn't even need orthotics either!

These are the best shoes I have ever worn. I have 3 damaged disks from a car accident. Because of these shoes I can easily walk my dog 3-4 times further with no lower back pain. My only negative is that they're the only shoes I want to wear, so my personal dress code has been taken down a notch to only athletic wear... Would love this technology in a casual and/or dress shoe. I also think they run 1/2 size short. I'm a B/C width and I thought they were perfect.
Brands I'd also recommend: SPIRA! SPIRA! SPIRA!

I really wish these would have worked. For my foot issue, I need a shoe that is not so flexible. Rats. For someone else, it would probably be a plus. They are incredibly light. They did fit well, getting a half size larger than normal. They just don't have the support I need in the arch and toe areas.

I am a Zumba dance teacher, 10 classes a week. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and was ready to give up classes. These shoes saved me. They are so lightweight, flexible, smooth bottom for a nice pivot and amazing support if you like to jump. I added a spenco arch support for a little extra arch. Wonderful shoes!

I purchased these shoes for Zumba and all I have to say is these are the best shoes I've used thus far. My knees and my back aren't hurting. I can actually do jumps and twists now. I've used several different shoes (Nike and New Balance) that were recommended for Zumba and they were nothing compared to these. I hope they do not stop this shoe. I don't love the pink (my whole family laughed at me for wearing pink), but for the level of comfort, who cares?!
