A nice lightweight shoe which I use when I want a more or less conventional looking shoe with good barefoot wearability. Very open mesh that breathes well, and a non-porous insole that doesn't absorb perspiration. These seem to stay nicely odor-free, like the SON-R Feedback Bungee, which really does look like a water shoe, and feels more like a sock. This shoe has much more structure than the Feedback Bungee. Good for all around wear, and quick drying when they get wet. They're keepers for me.

I have always been a fan of the "tieless" topsiders. Zappos gave me what I wanted at a lower price. The product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I couldn't have asked for more.

These are perfect for a bowman on a sailboat. They are non-marring, quick drying and provide a surefooted non-skid grip.

My husband saw these in a fishing magazine and had to have them, because his Tevas had fallen apart from years of abuse. Searching for new Tevas rendered failure. He LOVES these SON-R sandals (and he never loves shoes). They work better than open sandals when he is surf fishing (no rocks or sand can get in), and they fit over his wader pants with the feet. He plans to use them on an upcoming trip to Hawaii for kayaking, waterfall and rainforest hiking.
