Alright shoe I've owned a pair of these for going on 4 years now. Love 'em! I have worn them so much that there is a huge hole along the side of the right shoe where the canvas meets the sole. They get sort of uncomfortable if I have to stand for a long time, though. They don't work well with socks...I wear them barefoot all the time with shorts, khaki's, or jeans. Overall a good shoe that looks great and slips on and off easy.

Brands I'd also recommend: Sperry Nassau....same style.

Sperry's are my kind of shoe! I've had these shoes for at least three years and the worst I can say about them is that after all this time they have aa bald spot in the centre of the tread. This is a replacement of the Nasau color shoe. The Nasau was my favorite and I hope Sperry will start making it (or another solid color) soon.

Best Casual shoe around - Comfortable, durable, good looking, very much worth the price! This is my third purchase of this specific shoe; the first two pairs lasted 3 years each while being worn constantly May - September. This time, I bought an extra pair just in case Sperry had phased this model out by the time the current pair wore out.

Good shoes - I hadn't worn Sperry's in a while so when I saw these on sale, I thought I'd try them again. Good decision. Very comfy, fit true to size and Sperry's classic boat shoe style. Great casual slip-on.

Good boating shoe - all around shoe! These are very good deck shoes. Ordered 1 in each color. They wear well - this is my second pair of Top-Siders - bought a pair 4 years ago. Now use old pair for gardening. Wear them with Dockers or shorts. All around good shoe.

Bahama Sperry Top-Sider - My favorite shoe; slips on quick & easy; casual look but slightly elegant & works with a lot of different styles of clothes. I purchased the oyster color and was disappointed that I could only purchase 2 pairs.

SPERRY BAHAHMAS - Very comfortable canvas. This is a good replacement for the Nasseau that Sperry for some reason no longer produces. I would prefer more color choices in this shoe, as well as their more traditional beige on beige or white that they used to have in the Nasseau.

Pricey - It's strange to me the reviews of this shoe - people complaining about colors and such. Has anyone even LOOKED at Sperry's website? They have several colors in several styles AND they're cheaper. Great shoes for almost any casual occasion.

Sperry's Top-Sider - They're REALLY nice shoes, SUPER, SUPER stiff when you first get them - actually made blisters on the sides of my feet - and they make your feet really, really sweaty. Other than that they look awesome and feel really nice once they're broken in.

Converse Enthusiast Loves Shoes, Moderately Hates Laces - I love these things. I've sworn by Converse for the last 15 years or so, but I wanted something a little more comfortable for work: I'm a teacher so I'm on my feet all day. These shoes provide great support and breathe pretty decent as well. The only downside to these shoes that I could possibly think of, however, would be that they're incredibly difficult to lace up. Tying them is a real pain in sometimes. It’s the type of lace that works with the shoe, though, so there's nothing you can really do about it. Overall, I'd recommend these shoes - I'm very impressed.

I got the Bahama Lace in the Khaki colored version, and I'm very pleased with them. I'm on the water a lot and they are very good for when you're fishing or sailing or whatever. A little stiff at first, but they felt worn in after wearing them for a day. Great overall shoe for the price.
