I have wanted a pair of Sperry's for a long time now and just never liked any of the fabric choices...until these!!!I LOVE them. I normally wear a 7.5 and this size fits perfectly without socks. Now, with socks they are a bit snug but will probably stretch enough to be sufficient. I'm thinking about buying a second pair as a backup for when these wear out!

I bought and returned these, did not care for these at all. For one thing, they are not black. They are faded black. In fact, they could pass for navy blue in most lights. For another, they are very, very narrow in the toe box. It's not so much of a box as it is a diminishing triangle that is very narrow at it's base. Very uncomfortable. They made my feet look like canoes, so I guess in that way the name boat shoe was appropriate.

Whoever said you do not have to wear socks with these lied. Once you find no show socks that work with these they are so comfortable and cute they look really good with super light jeans but they are true to size but wearing them for walking a lot they get uncomfortable because they are so flat

I love these shoes; I wear them with everything! Breaking them in the first few days was brutal; my feet were covered in blisters. But after a few wears they fit perfectly. I'm usually an 8.5 or a 9 and I got these in an 8.5 (they stretched a little) and they fit great. They do get dirty really easily and I find myself wiping them down after every wear, but they're a great color for summer and fall alike so I say they're worth it.

Zappos is comparable in price and has seletion and hard to find sizes we were looking for. Ordering and shipping was easy and sent in a timely fashion. We had no issues with them and will order again from them!

I liked the appearance of the shoe, but once I tried them on the shoes really made my feet look real long! I am a size 9 so these shoes didn't really help. I returned them and ordered the Angelfish. I get them today so I hope they will look better on! Hope this helps!
I'd also recommend: O'Neill , Volcom , Element , Sam Edelman
