I ordered these during a flare-up of plantar fascia. They're to flat and flexible to alleviate heel pain. Sent back. I recommend Orthoheel instead.

Very sad I spent money on these sandals. I thought they would provide the arch support they advertised but did not. Also, within the 1st wearing the buff/sand color of the strap had worn off in spots. Also the footbed at the toes is very long. I ordered by usual size and width and while it fit everywhere the unusual extra length at the toes seems odd. Save your money. I found Ocean minded has a great sandal that supports my arch and I can wear all day without pain.

My podiatrist recommended these Spenco Yumi flip flops and they are fabulous! Much more supportive than any other pair I have worn, and still have that flip flop feel. I usually wear an 8.5 - 9 in shoes but an 8 in these were just right.

I am thrilled with these shoes! I have a Morton's Neuroma and need good metatarsal arch support to be comfortable. This is one of the few sandals that I am able to wear comfortably. Deep heel cup, good arch support. Wear them everywhere. Seem to be the same as Spenco's Onyx sandals (I have 3 pair of them) which are apparently discontinued. Love the look, comfort and ease of care. Definitely worth every penny!

Boy oh boy, I love these! They are easy to put on and my feet feel free, but they have excellent arch support and my feet feel great even after walking on concrete all day. I want to buy another pair!
