The shoe inserts I purchased are very comfortable and easy to cut to your shoe size. I've tried several other companies brands and none compare in support. Additionally, the other brands didn't last as long as the Spenco brand. Spenco foot supports give more support than any other brand I have purchased in the past. I would like to add that the service and speed of delivery via Zappos of this product is by far the best I have ever experienced. One additional fact is that my podiatrist recommends Spenco as the best foot support available for purchase. One last comment: I was very happy Zappos had this product available for purchase since I could not find Spenco foot supports at any local retail stores.

I first bought these on the recommendation of my doctor. I use them for extra cushioning in my shoes for running and kickboxing and they work well for me. You can trim the toe area to fit your shoe.

I purchased the Spenco Walker/Runner because my podiatrist specifically recommended this particular model. I had plantar fasciitis, and currently have a Morton's neuroma, and flat flexible feet. When combined with a HIGH QUALITY running or walking shoe these inserts provide exceptional cushioning! These inserts provide light arch support. I wouldn't recommend this model for support, just wonderfully soft cushioning.

Not much support -
These inserts are better than nothing, but they do not have firm enough arch support to really do any good. I have plantar fasciitis so I need really good support.

Did not work for me -
I like the cushion in the heel and the overall construction. However, there is too much arch - kind of bulgy. And it puts pressure on the instep of my foot, making it uncomfortable, especially if I wear it for a while. I am going to see if I can remove a bit of the arch support material with a small hobby type grinder and see if it will work better.

Like walking/running on pillows!
I've been wearing these Spencos since I started running 15 years ago, and I wouldn't exercise without them! I can run/walk farther, faster and longer than I ever did before. I also wear them in my Sauconys when I walk around Europe and although my feet and legs are tired, I'd be dead on my feet without them. You have to size up a half size in your shoes to wear them.

Small Lift - big help -
I added these to a pair of sneakers and got immediate relief for my achilles tendon, knee, and back. The extra support straightened everything out.

Unhappy with other products, I tried Spenco several years ago. They are great! I can revive an old favorite pair of shoes or make new shoes twice as good with these inserts.

Yes, a nice looking pair of insoles and very cushiony and soft, which is what I was looking for. But the arch is too hard and high and makes my feet slip to the side of my running shoes.

Excellent Insoles -
I have Peripheral Neuropathy in both of my ankles and feet (that means that the nerves running to my feet don't transmit electrical currents to them—it dissipates before reaching those areas). Unfortunately I am in alot of pain on constant bases with only a few choices of pain relief. One of those that are not a prescription drug is the Spenco Walker/Runner Insole. I use them in various shoes, even my indoor UGG slippers. I'm grateful that Zappos carries them at such a great discount compared to the first retailer I bought them from (more than half the price)!!!

Love for your feet!
I first tried Spenco's with my Ryka walking shoes. What an amazing difference it made! They added even more cushion and support than I got from the shoes. I just ordered more Rykas from Zappos and got the Spenco insoles, too. If you spend a lot of time on your feet - or on concrete - these will surely help make your day more comfortable.
