I tried these in my new Asolo Power Matic 250 boots. I have narrow feet, and they filled up the extra space well. However, after wearing them for just a short time, my arches hurt.

I bought these high end insoles thinking they would be more comfortable than my usual Dr. Scholl's. I was wrong. I used these for about a week till I could get to the store to replace them with a pair of Dr. Scholl's. These felt like I was walking on a pencil in both shoes, not comfortable at all. I bought these high end insoles thinking they would be more comfortable than my usual Dr. Scholl's. I was wrong. I used these for about a week till I could get to the store to replace them with a pair of Dr. Scholl's. These felt like I was walking on a pencil in both shoes, not comfortable at all. I was waiting for a blister to form. Yup, that bad...

I would say these are ideal for gym shoes, and if you are going to be on your feet for many hours. Great for walking. Can be difficult to insert into shoes because of flexible forefront area. You just have to take your time, and using a spoon for the front does the trick in laying down the inserts inside of the shoe.
I'd also recommend: total support Insoles 5+

I bought these to extend the life of an expensive pair of hiking boots that have lost their cushioning. Very comfortable and they were a near perfect fit.
