Love wearing flip flops/sandals in the summer. I had tried Orthaheel, for heel pain. Wore for a couple of hours one day and the next about 5 hours; sent them back: made my hips legs and feet ache for a couple of days after the fact! Would not recommend: cute but not worth the pain. Love the Spenco Yumi style...instant comfort and continued support for hours, literally hours on end! Am planning to buy the insoles and a few more pair of sandals real soon! Do yourself a favor and try them!

These are the first shoes I could wear after my foot surgergy after my cast and sneakers. Super comfortable and fit my wide feet.

Better than average arch support, but the shoes feel really small. I'm a huge fan of Orthaheel, and I thought I'd give these a try. I definitely prefer Orthaheel.

Was looking for flip flop with support for plantar fasciitis. Bought this and the Orthaheel Tide. Sending this one back because didn't feel as supportive as Orthaheel plus it felt like my foot rolled in it as well. Wished it had worked for me.
I'd also recommend: Orthaheel

I was skeptical when I ordered these as I have numerous foot problems and a flip flop is not usually enough support. I have to say that these do and I enjoy wearing them. When it gets hot it is nice to slip these on and manage some part of my day out of an orthotic shoe. Thank you Zappos for your business that encourages us to try without further costs to us. When I phone in my orders the staff are SO friendly, helpful and chit chatty. I enjoy the order process as well as the shoes.
