These are awesome! I have been using them for about a week and my heels are not hurting anymore. I walk a lot for my job, but wear low heels. I constantly get pain from the impact on my heels. These slip in and out of all of my shoes quickly, but stay put while in the shoe. Will be buying more!

I ordered these heel cups because I have been having an on-going issue with heel pain, post a running injury. I did end up consulting with a podiatrist, who ordered a walking cast for me, but decided to try these heel cups first. I have been very pleased with the amount of support and cushioning these heel cups provide. Paired with a new pair of Ryka sneakers, I have had no heel pain. I will definitely order another pair of these once I have worn my current pair into the ground, but I work on a nursing floor and see no signs of wear yet. Thank you for a great product!

First of all about my ratings, these are Heel cushion cups so I had to mark "no arch support". They're also made for Men's shoes apparently, (so I had to rate them "felt larger"), but are very comfy in a Man's Small for women's winter boots, flat boots and Converse Allstar gym shoes or other flats that aren't women's dress shoes. These last a long time, keeping their "cushion" and I like them better for the above mentioned shoes better than the thin Spenco gel cushion.
