I've been wearing these in my athletic shoes for a month now, and they're so comfortable that I plan to put some in all of my shoes! I've been having a plantar fasciitis flare-up, and the shoes with these in them are the only shoes that don't hurt my feet right now. In fact, they're a pleasure to wear -- not only great support, but amazing cushioning as well.Thanks to the reviewers here on Zappos for selling me on these inserts -- you were right!

Nice flip-flops that have not exacerbated my bunion or my plantar fascia. I usually wear orthotics, but can't on the beach, so I chose these sandals. Great choice for every day.

These are nice sandals. They have good arch support and a stable heel. I tend to wear a 9 1/2 - 10 depending on the shoe, and most often would do best in a 9 3/4. I ordered both the 9 and 10. I could wear either size but preferred the 9. I returned the shoes because there is absolutely no cushioning and I was afraid my legs would feel fatigued after wearing them a short while. They might be good slippers but I already have some. It's too bad because they do fit well.

The only thing these insoles have going for them is my feet didn't get as hot with them in my shoes as other insoles I've used. Fitting them to my Saucony's wasn't an issue as they are trim-to-fit; comfort wise, these insoles suck! There is no cushion in the heel, forefoot cushioning went away after about a week and support wasn't all that great, by the end of the day my feet, legs and back were killing me. Going to return them and try the Montrail Enduros.

Was looking for flip flop with support for plantar fasciitis. Bought this and the Orthaheel Tide. Sending this one back because didn't feel as supportive as Orthaheel plus it felt like my foot rolled in it as well. Wished it had worked for me.

Purchased for a gift for my Mom who has recently had plantar fasciitis. I saw that these were good for people who have that - she has had them for a week now and does like them a lot for wearing around the house versus putting on sneakers all the time.

I purchased these to help alleviate leg pain due to pronation. Combined with some physical therapy, I am back to normal. Surely beats spending hundreds on custom orthotics.

I bought a pair of these in December 2009. We had gone to Las Vegas and we were walking everywhere, my feet were killing me before the first day was over. I tried on probably 10 different insoles and none felt as good as this one. I have walked several hundred miles in these and stood for over 1000 hours. They are finally smashed flat in the toe area, and I am getting ready to buy another pair, or possibly 2. Definitely worth checking these out.

These insoles didn't work for me. The forefoot is not cushioned at all. I had a pinched nerve in one foot. It feels like I'm walking on needles at times. This insole feels like wood and amplified the pain.

I love these insoles provided that the shoes are big enough for this bulky insole. It is not squishy like the gel insoles ie. Cross Trainer, but they well are cushioned.

These insoles are very cushy, but, the arch support was insufficient. I prefer the Spenco Walker/Runner when the shoes have room for the bulkier insole.

I love the comfort & support of the Spenco arch support. Spenco made a "huge" mistake. They did not make this insole anti-microbial! I have owned their inserts for years, and I thought who stinks and it was my shoes. This product will not last more than 9 months and then it will smell. The other Spenco products last for 1 to 2 years and do not smell. So disappointed, they used to have this same product with a purple anti-microbial cushion. Please switch it back!

Second pair owned. Works great. Lot's of extra cushion compared to insoles that came with the athletic shoes.

I have purchased these several times. I have foot problems; the balls of my feet hurt without these insoles and I have the type of feet where they like to slide forward whenever I walk. These are the most comfortable insoles and they last a really long time. I completely recommend them five stars overall for comfort and style :)

Good stuff! Most of your muscles are involved in keeping you upright. The Spenco Polysorb takes part of the load off you. Additionally, they will absorb vast amounts of the shock walking delivers to your major musculature mass.

The item itself is fine although not what I expected. The description online read for low arch and sensitive feet. The description of the item that arrived read for arch support - medium to high arch. Zappos staff was very nice on the phone and I'm confident they will help resolve any issues. I may try another brand to see if they are more comfortable.

These shoes were great for my plantar fasciitis because they have arch support. I was going to wear them in the shower because my feet kill me when I am in the shower, but I did not wear them and had to send them back because they were way too short. I wear a 10 to 10½ and I ordered a 10 but they were too short so I sent them back for an 11. We will see if they are long enough. And Zappos makes shoe shopping that is usually a pain for me a pleasure. I hate going all over town in and out of the hot car, wasting time and gas, trying on shoes because the stores do not carry my size. I love that Zappos does and they make it so easy to order and return. When I order from any other shoe company, it becomes glaringly apparent that they are not anywhere near as good as Zappos. Their return process is so cumbersome and such a drag. Filling out little stupid forms and having to write my credit card information on a paper and mail it to do an exchange. Having to pay shipping. A total drag! I will never buy from anywhere but Zappos. They are excellent and have processes and customer service and kindness down to a science. Thank you!

I cannot walk barefooted at all...regular sandals kill my feet. I bought these a week ago and love them. They are sturdy, not flimsy, wonderful arch support...yea!

Product is not what I really needed it seems to slip when placed in my shoe and as a result ends up in the middle of my foot.

This is not the same shoe I'm used to. It's narrow and does not provide the same arch support. I would try the next size up if you wore this style previously.
