Used the Spenco inserts years ago at my orthopedic private practice. Just bought them for a physician who had a foot issue and the worked great. They used to be a little softer, which is the only downside to them. Zappos was great with fast shipping and easy checkout. A+

Overall:

I am on my feet 12 hours per day. These arch cushions make life a lot easier. They also last much longer than medical supply stores carry. Very pleased with this product.

These are very supportive for my flat feet. I have 2 pairs, 1 in each of my flat knee high riding boots. They provide great support and my my stylish boots feel like tennis shoes. They are substantial in size, so they would not work inside a more dainty shoe, but for boots and other shoes with a more substantial sole and last, these mean fabulous comfort.

Came back to order another package so I can keep a pair in each shoe. These are better than the "off the shelf" orthotics that my podiatrist sold me! Helps steady my walking. Seems true to size.

I have had a rough 10 months dealing with plantar fasciitis. In addition to doctors, physical therapy, etc., I have tried several different kinds of insoles, including SuperFeet and custom made ones (these were horrible, painful to my arch). I have also spent a fortune on shoes, with varying degrees of lasting comfort and success. No single thing has helped my condition, but I am happy to report that these Spenco Total Support insoles are the best of the lot. They have the right amount of arch support, a nice built in heel cup type thing, and of course, the comfortable padding which Spenco is known for. Wish I had found these first, as I would have saved some money!

I felt the difference within 5 minutes of wearing these insoles. Within half an hour my chronic hip pain was gone. The cons: these do take up a lot of room, and you have to trim a lot to fit in low profile shoes. The arch support is not as good as other insoles. They feel a little hard at first, but the relief from the hip pain is worth it. I had been told before that my right hip was "off" just a bit, and that may be why these are miracle insoles for me. More: I have a medium high arch, fairly high instep, medium width feet, and a narrow heel, in case this info helps you decide if these are for you.

The shoe inserts I purchased are very comfortable and easy to cut to your shoe size. I've tried several other companies brands and none compare in support. Additionally, the other brands didn't last as long as the Spenco brand. Spenco foot supports give more support than any other brand I have purchased in the past. I would like to add that the service and speed of delivery via Zappos of this product is by far the best I have ever experienced. One additional fact is that my podiatrist recommends Spenco as the best foot support available for purchase. One last comment: I was very happy Zappos had this product available for purchase since I could not find Spenco foot supports at any local retail stores.

Happy Feet!!I have plantar fasciitis and the custom orthotics I had made I couldn't wear because they took up too much room in my shoes. So, I found Spenco's Total Support and they work! Also, the price is right!

I have almost no arch and ordered these based on the other reviews. They are easily trimmable. I wear a size 9.5 athletic shoe and they are a little wide for the shoe, so they do squeak when I walk from the rubbing of the insole against the shoe; however, I really only use them in the gym so that doesn't bother me. They provided strong arch support that, for me, hit in the right place on my foot. They also didn't take up so much room in the shoe that there was no room left for my foot -- also good.

Spenco Total Support insoles are great! They have good metatarsal support, and a cushy-feeling heel, yet are thin enough not to take up much valuable space in the toe box of a shoe.

Wonderful Insoles. These are a Great Value. They do the job of much more expensive insoles, at half the price. I would definitely buy them again, when I buy my new pair of running shoes.

Just OK - They are a little heavy. Not as much cushioning as I expected, but they do seem to help with relieving pain in the metatarsal area.

Great addition to jogging shoes - I always use these insoles in my jogging shoes. They typically provide much better support than the insoles that come with the shoes.

My doc recommended them to me!These really helped so much with the pain that I was having in my foot! I went to the doctor, and he said that I was having pain due to over training, and recommended these insoles. They have helped SO MUCH!!!

A Shoe Saver!These insoles helped save an otherwise very uncomfortable pair of shoes. The more I wear them, the more I'm convinced of this. Well worth the money, especially with all the problems I seem to have with my feet, including the need for additional arch support.

How to make shoes comfortable...These insoles are terrific. I had 2 pairs of great looking shoes that I didn't wear because they were no longer supportive or comfortable enough since my feet got older and more tired. With these arch cushions I can now wear and walk around in them all day. Excellent product. Thanks Zappos for service just as excellent.

Insole Placement - The inserts are helping with the soreness of my Metatarsal. However, if your shoe is not the exact size of the insert, it is hard to get the insert the right size. It would be nice if there was some kind of lines to help with cutting the insert to the right size. (I have shoes where the insole does not come out.)
