I ordered these Spenco Yumi black flip flops three weeks ago. I really like them a lot. They seem well made. My feet need support and these look great and make my feet feel great. I have a host of issues and need orthotics and summertime is a usually a challenge. I have a few pairs of good quality flip flops (Fit Flops - love them) and recently hurt my knee. For that reason, I have been choosing these flips flops since they have no heel. So glad I got them.

I have several problems with my feet (plantar fasciitis, severe pronation and tibial fraying to name a few). I bought these after trying out a pair of highly-recommended Vionic with Orthaheel sandals (not flipflops)which had less support than these flipflops. I showed my physical therapist both pairs and he agreed that these Spenco sandals were preferable to the Vionics. The arch is higher and the sole is sturdier. They are also almost half the price. They are so comfortable and light, perfect for around the house and running errands.

Wow...these shoes fit just right on my narrow feet! Love the yellow color. They are keepers! Thank you Zappos.

I love these flip flops. These are the only flip flops I can wear without having foot pain. I have plantar fasciitis and I need support. These have arch support (but not super high arch support). I can wear these all day and my feet don't hurt. It's great to be able to wear flip flops again. I buy a pair every year! I buy a half size smaller and they fit nice and snug on my foot.

I normally wear a size 9.5 or 10. The ten was much too narrow in the ball of the foot, so I decided to try the size 11. The 11 was still narrow with weight on my foot, and while the foot bed seemed to be the right length for my foot, or maybe even a touch long, the strap that runs up the center from toe to ankle was buckling because it was too long for my foot. It looked horrible. I think if there was a judicious use of a little elastic here & there, this could be a great shoe, because the footbed felt like it was quite nice, though since the strapping was so wonky, I was rather distracted from that. I can't recommend this shoe unless you have narrow feet, maybe then the rest of the shoe would make sense.

I have another pair that are the beige snake skin and they were so comfortable that I bought these. These, not so much. The right shoe is tighter than the left and I'm hoping, if I can suffer through, I will stretch it out.

I so wanted these to work. They had a great arch support I was hoping would help with my plantar fasciitis. The ten was just to wide for me and the 9 to short. No half size so I am out of luck. I will try this brand again maybe in a version with an adjustable strap.

I am still wearing the first pair of Zappos shoes that I bought three years ago and I supinate so they are very well made and comfortable. The only reason that I got a different pair is I like the color and know that I am getting quality. That is rare in today's throw away mentality world. I will gladly pay for comfortable cool sandals that will last for years rather than a cheap pair that will last two weeks from a big box store. If my income were higher, I would own many more pairs of your great shoes and sandals. You are the best that I have ever had! Keep up the great work!

I have used these and the full length footbed liners for many years. They do a great job of support and comfort for my feet. They can last for a few years depending on your activities. I have very flat feet and these insoles are in every shoe I wear.

I've owned another pair of these slides for years and am very happy with them. I only wear them around the house; the fit is a bit too loose so I have to wear socks. I use them as summer slippers.

I bought these sandals because I have been struggling with Capsulitis and they have some metatarsal support. Overall they have not been a magic solution, but they are much better than sandals with heels for me right now. The metatarsal support is not much, just enough to give a tiny lift but if you need more these will not be good shoes for you, as there is no way to add support under an insole. They are much better than the standard flip-flops that I usually wear, or almost any other summer sandals that I have worn in the past. These sandals are extremely comfortable. I really could walk all day in them. No chafing and the zero drop feeling is very natural to how my foot should feel. Four stars, only because the strap has the potential to let my pinky toe slide out, thought it does not usually. And they are not the prettiest shoes, but overall I am just glad that they are not as geriatric looking as they could be, given what I needed in sandals.

Almost there! Bought size 11 and the length and width were perfect and the footbed is cushioned. I have thin, wide flat feet and these definitely run wide in the footbed more a c or d width than medium. While there is arch support it is too soft and flexible which means that while you walk or even just stand it completely collapses. For my feet I need firm arch support that holds its support (like Vionics) otherwise what's the difference between this and completely flat insoles? The sandals were also unattractive, at least on my feet. They made my feet look wider and just bigger than they are. If the arch support had been more supportive, I would have kept them.

Just okay. I bought the purple in size 11 and it was too short. I would need an 11.5 and of course they don't make that size. I also found the arch support too flexible, meaning as you applied pressure such as walking the arch completely flattened out. I have wide flat feet and need sturdy firm arch support. The foot bed itself is comfortable and the shoes run on the wide side maybe a c/d width. Which for me was fine.

I am so sad that this Spenco Kholo does not come in a womens size anymore. I live in them and cannot wear the ones with the cloth between the toes. This is my favorite one!

I visited our shoe repair man and he had Spenco shoes in his store. He told me to try them - I would love them. He only had a two colors but I bought the PINK ones just to try them. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them and will be purchasing another from Zappos this week. On the recommendation of our shoe repair man I wear them when working at the kitchen sink, ironing - anytime I am on my feet. So good for your back! Thank you Zappos for all the pretty colors!

There were a few design flaws in my opinion and that is why I gave only three stars for style. First flaw, I have a problem with the straps, they keep sinking down and every time I try to put them on I have to pry the straps up with my toes before I can put my foot in. The next thing, which is not necessarily a flaw, was that there is a small bump in the middle of the footbed. If you look at the pictures closely you can see it. It is not uncomfortable but it does take some getting used to. The third thing was that the cup of the heel is very hard. So if you accidentally step onto the heel of these shoes, the edge will hurt! I do not have very good balance to begin with, and combined with the constantly sinking straps, I have hurt my heel a lot when I lose my balance and step on the edge.

I have pronated ankles, hammer toes, neuropathy, wide feet and I must wear shoes that support my arches. I wear these shoes around the house. I have worn them every day since I got them. I recommend them to people who need arch supports.

Super cute shoe! Unfortunately there is not enough arch support for me. Was hoping to find an alternate for my Orthaheels. If you have a low or regular arch they will probably be great...I have high arches and the arch in these didn't even touch my foot. Returning and staying in my Orthaheels (Vionic).

These have been a godsend for me. I have a bought a set of them for my personal trainer. And he thanks me constantly for buying them for him. I have one flat foot and one high arch foot. And short of custom orthotics, I will be buying them for every shoe that I own. I have to trim a little bit of the top. But that is a minor complaint. If you never have had shoes with true arch support, it may take a day. But your feet (and the rest of your body) will thank you!

These are cute enough and seemed like a fun summer slip on (I got them in pink). But I'm returning them because the bump under the arch was terribly uncomfortable. That's what's referred to as the footbed being biomechanically accurate.

I purchased these along with another Spenco sandal in the same size (the Tora). These were definitely smaller and tighter. I was disappointed. They may be wonderful but you may want to order a size bigger.
