I was told to get more supportive inserts for my sneakers because I have pronated ankles. These have reasonably good arch support, definitely better than the ones that come with sneakers. The silver part is rigid, which is good, it helps the the arch hold its shape. If you need really serious arch support, there are better inserts out there, such as the SuperFeet brand. These are fine for moderate support, especially in shoes that already have some arch support. They definitely make my shoes more comfortable, I wear them everyday and my feet feel great. In my case they do not make my shoes feel any tighter. You can always return them right away if they do not work with your shoes.

The Spenco Polysorb Cross Trainer Insole was recommended by my foot doctor. I receive the best price for them at Zappos.com and they were shipped real fast.

I have been using the Spenco ¾ Arch Cushion supports in my running shoes since 1982. They stay in place under the insole that comes with the shoes. I have used them in Marathons & other road races. They provide good arch support and cushioning.

Zappos is awesome. Period. I'm a UPS driver. I know how many boxes of Zappos I deliver every day. If they weren't awesome, I wouldn't be grabbing so many Zappos boxes all the time. They keep me runnin'!

Sometimes we just don't need new sneakers but new support and inserts. These made my sneakers feel brand new. Highly reccmonet them for keeping your feet in their best shape.

I am very happy with these insoles. Been having severe pain in my feet from wearing too many high heels and boots with no support. These saved a pair of boots I thought I wouldn't, be able to wear again. However, I ordered a size 11 for my shoe size and they are huge! Next pair will be one size smaller...but these fit the bill!

I tried these in my new Asolo Power Matic 250 boots. I have narrow feet, and they filled up the extra space well. However, after wearing them for just a short time, my arches hurt.

I am very pleased with the Spenco inserts and grateful to the physiotherapist who suggested them. It helps so much. I will want another pair very soon. I suggest them as a step prior to prescription orthotics.

My doctor recommended I try these first, before going to custom inserts. They do seem to help, I've been using them for about 3 weeks, still experience some heel pain in the mornings, but not as constant or severe as before.

I also order the PolySorb Cross Trainer. The two are identical. So returning these. I wear these insoles in my classic New Balance shoes for added comfort and shock absorbency.

After surgery on my foot, I spent a lot of money on custom orthotics. When it was time to get new inserts, I decided to give these a try. I am very pleased. They are comfortable. These do the job and I would order them again.

Great support, but make shoes way too tight. Only work in shoes that are too big.

I bought these to wear in Cozumel. They are great; awesome arch support, very comfortable!

These are wonderful slides. The provide great support and are incredibly comfortable. I bought them for a tropical vacation but wear them all the time for everything. I would wear them to work if I could. They are the best slides ever.

This is the best insole I've ever used. It does a tremendous job cushioning without being bulky and taking up too much room in the shoe or boot. You can trim them with scissors to fit your shoes exactly.

I bought the Spenko Fusion to wear in the wet areas of my health club. They fit well, prevent slipping on wet tiles and are very comfortable. There is no irritation between the big and second toes as with flip-flops. After using I can put them into my gym bag without worrying about smells and mold. I am very happy with this purchase.

These supports didn't work for me since I wear a 10 1/2 but had to choose either a 9/10 or a 11/12. I tried the 11/12 but it was so large, and you cannot trim them to fit since they are molded. I wear narrow shoes and these are very wide.

These insoles are the best for my husband's orthotics and shoes. It is the best money we have ever spent. We will order again. It was the fastest delivery we have experienced. Thank You Zappos.

I took these out of my shoe after about 2 hours. Should I have to break insoles in? I would not hope. They felt so hard on my feet. I thought they would be more cushy for the cost. I plan to put them in a different pair and wear them casually to start with to see if they start to feel better.
