Surgery last year left me with a need for a little support for my abdominal muscles. I hated the thought of a corset. Spanx to the rescue! These panties give me just the right amount of support. I hardly know they're on because there is no separate waistband. And because they are cotton, they also wash like a dream.
I'd also recommend: Nothing else comes close.
