This tank is slightly sheer on me, size small but DDD. It requires care to avoid puncture, stepping in and out gets around some of the struggle.

Love the Spanx. Now that I am 56, I have more curves where they never were. This truly makes me look smoother without any discomfort. I purchased a sheer top and will wear this as a cami underneath. Thanx Spanx - ps: love their other products as well.

I find the size runs a bit small. I am petite, wear a 32B bra, size 2 or XS (USA) off the rack. I ordered a small. It fits, but it's tight. Though it's tight, I don't bulge out the arm holes, and my back is smooth, but when I sit I do get a "roll" across my belly. I was really hoping to wear this alone as a tank, but I think it's going to have to be a base layer instead. I will still use it plenty! But I'm kind of wishing I would have ordered the medium.

Great garment, holds everything in! Might want to think of the below the bra style if you want a smoother, more natural look.
