I've been reading a lot of reviews saying that these boots run small. I tried ordering my regular size anyway (10) and they fit perfectly. I don't know if they are just inconsistently sized or what, but mine fit just as a size 10 boot should. They are very warm and have good grip on packed snow.

These shoes do run small. I wear a women's size 13 (men's 11-11.5) and I bought these in size 12. I think that would have been the correct size, but the shape of the shoe doesn't work for my feet. There's too much room in the heel and not enough room in the toe. This is caused by the shape of the heel pushing my feet forward. I would have kept these if not for the fit issue. They're very high quality. The leather is very nice, and they look great under a pair of jeans. I would have been confident wearing them in below zero temperatures.

These boots are great for snow/rain, however I'm a size 10 in women and the 8.5 in Mens was way too small. They're very easy to pull on and off and the Goldenrod is a rich, warm caramel color. The leather upper does scratch somewhat, but it adds in a positive way to the aged look of durable winter boots.

I bought these boots for my husband's Christmas gift. He loves them. They are great for the nasty weather in Chicago. They are very warm and can stand up to the muck that is a constant on the Chicago sidewalks. I have been looking for a boot that wasn't too bulky and had style. Perfect fit!

Stated size is way smaller than you're accustomed to. Order at least one size larger, if not two. I wear 11.5, but in this shoe I wear a 14 or 15.
