I love these shoes! In fact, I just came back and ordered a second pair in a different color. They are super cute, garner tons of compliments and, most important, incredibly comfortable. It is hard to find a truly comfortable flat that is still comfortable at the end of the day. I have a shoe rack stuffed to the brim with flats that are reserved for "sitting down" days at work and usually have to rely on my Privo or Keen "flats" on days that I am more active. No more now that I've added these to my collection. Bonus points for coming in a size 10.5. Hey shoe-makers -- us ladies with larger feet still want shoes that actually fit our size. Why should I have to resort to either cramming into a 10 or stuffing the toes of an 11? Hooray for 10.5!

Bummer. I wish I had known these shoes run large. I ordered my usual size 7 and they were too big. I ended up returning them and ordered a size 6.5. I hope they will fit me when I receive them. I read the reviews before I ordered them the first time and no one was clear as to whether or not they ran large.

I purchased these in the jade green color. I feel like they are youthful and cute. Additionally, they have a nice sole, cushioned foot bed, and a bit of an arch support - much, much, much better than your average flat. These feel good to walk in all day. I'm 29 and these shoes make my feet happy, without the appearance of wearing orthopedic shoes. I'm usually right between an 8 1/2 and a 9. I ordered the 8 1/2 narrow and they fit wonderfully. I really want them in peach as well as black/white. I see myself buying more of these soon.

This is a general paean to Zappos. I bought six pairs of flats, all of which came overnight with no additional charge, none of which fit (I have size 12 frog feet -- very narrow at the heel and arch, semi-wide at the toes), all of which, including this one, were very pretty. I packed them back up in about 4 minutes using Zappos absolutely no fuss, super-quick return procedure, went down the hill to the UPS, and off they went. The refund of my charge was back in my account very quickly indeed. All of the CSRs I spoke to (I needed a lot of help) were cheerful, inventive, and unequivocally can-do. I was in a bit of a state because of a death in the family and was not thinking clearly and the Zappos people were so patient with me. Zappos, I love you and yours. Thank you thank you thank you.

Okay, so I have really blocky feet. I typically try a 10.5 or 11 WW, but that's frequently too narrow, even. Since other reviewers mentioned these run wide, I decided to give them a shot. And I'm so glad I did. Simply put, they're my new perfect go-to flats. The first pair I purchased was the jade. Perfect green with a touch of blue that complements much of my wardrobe. Because they were roomy enough in the toes while still hugging my comparatively narrow heel, I invested in the neutrals too - black, and luggage. They get even more comfortable every time I wear them. I prefer a truly flat flat, as these are, but the padded insole provides cushioning and a touch of support. I don't really care for the higher-contrast colorways, so I'm probably done buying for now, but I would snap these up in other colors in a heartbeat if they become available! (SoftWalk, if you're listening, I'd love a coral or a more tonal blue, or more trend-driven combos like a nude shoe with a neon pink cap toe.)

This is my first pair of softwalk and they are fantastic! This is my new flat, just love the colors and finally someone figured out how to make flats comfortable. Thank you whoever you are.
