I agree with the previous review. I slipped out of the heel when walking. A smaller size would have been too short. I liked the look. I would not wear them while you are on your feet for the whole day, as my feet were quite tired after attempting this.

These shoes are so comfortable. I agree with another reviewer that these shoes are loud when you walk (clunky), but I've been wearing them all day and I'm neither slipping out of the heel and my feet aren't tired. The 9 is a snug feet - but doesn't feel too tight.

This is my 8th Softwalk clog, I've been trying to replace my beloved Monte Clair. It's been discontinued. Everything about this is traditional Softwalk except the fit. I'm always a 10WW in their shoes but I had the same issue as others. The back part goes to high and out so it slips a lot when you walk. The toe is a little strange with the curling up so I know I couldn't go down a size or I'd be smushed. I could wear really thick socks to get a better fit but for the price it's not worth it. Unfortunately they are going back and the mission continues for Monteclair.

Love these shoes. For a while they stopped making the full shoe and only had backless clogs. I'm so happy to see the full shoe back. They are so comfortable and stylish I bought two pairs. There is one warning. The first time I put them on they put black marks all over my kitchen floor. I went outside and rubbed them around a little and that never happened again.

These are really cute shoes, but that strap across the top of the foot is just too short for my WW foot. Regrettably, I'm returning yet another pair.

I work in healthcare and am on my feet a lot. I was hoping the extra cushioning inside would make my feet more comfortable. It seems the angle of the shoe and shape of the toe box causes my little toes to be squished in the toe box. Just a few hours into the day and my toes feel like the skin is being pulled off. I have had blisters! These are shoes I just can't wear.

All comfort shoes look ugly because they all point up. This shoe was one of the better looking. I am returning these and I am going to order Dansko. These Softwalk have too much padding under the ball of the foot and no arch support, they make my feet hurt and my legs get tired.

Brands I'd also recommend: dansko if you suffer with gout, need arch support.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have a very wide foot and it is very difficult to find shoes that I like that also fit me well. I can wear these all day and my feet still feel great at the end of the day, which is a rare occurrence for me.

Very very comfortable, and add wanted height! Even after a long day, my feet still felt great. Size ran a bit larger than usual, but I just wear them with thick socks.

This is my second pair of Softwalks and I, again, couldn't be happier! The first pair was worn Mon-Fri for 2 full years before I finally felt that they needed to be replaced. I didn't even need to think twice as to what brand to buy next. I stand all day on my feet and by the end of the day my feet don't hurt at all. Great shoes!

I want to love these shoes. When I first slip them on, they feel as though I am walking on a cloud - which is wonderful. But the longer I wear them the less comfortable they become, not because of the cushioning, but because it lacks arch support. Also, I have to be very careful about what socks I wear with them. There is lots of foot movement in this clog-style shoe and it seems as though the lining of the shoe kind of sticks to my socks and pulls them around inside the shoe as I walk. If my sock is at all roomy, I end up with folds and then sore spots. Another reviewer commented on the shoe's clunkiness, I, too, feel that the shoes are very loud on any hard surface - regardless of how light you are on your feet. They are loud enough to make me self conscious. I love the extra height they give me and they are wide enough and offer enough room for my high instep, which is a true rarity. The leather is of a very high quality and I love the dark brown color, however, they have so many issues that I find myself feeling that they are high maintenance and I hesitate to wear them.

I love this shoe. It is so comfortable and beautiful to walk in. I have problem feet and am a shoeaholic. A tough combination. This is the first SoftWalk shoe I have bought, but it will not be the last. It does run about 1/4 size long and is roomy in width. My left foot is a 9 and my right a 9 1/2. It fits my 9 1/2 foot easily, so it is a bit long on my left foot. So, I would suggest ordering the size to fit the longer foot, and order your usual size. If you foot is a hair longer than a 9, but short of a true 9 1/2, I would suggest going with the 9. Enjoy!

Love this shoe. Bought it in black and may buy it in brown.Very comfortable and can wear it all day. Be aware, though, that on me it ran about 1/2 size long and is very roomy in width. If I do get the brown I will get 1/2 size down from my usual size. If your feet are narrow, definitely go with a narrow rather than medium width.

I bought these in the brown sting-ray color and they look and feel fantastic. I have wide feet and some joint issues, and therefore need shoes with good support, and these fit the bill. They are very comfortable to walk in, light shoes with lots of support and enough width so as not to make me feel squeezed in. Personally, I feel that they are superior to Dansko clogs, which are much heavier and much more stiff and rigid. These are soft, cute and flexible. I am sensitive to heels (due to joint problems), but this 2½" lift feels completely comfortable. I absolutely love them. I will buy another pair in black.

I bought these for my mom because she has been having knee problems and refuses to wear flat comfortable shoes. These seemed a decent compromise as they have a bit of a heel and platform but the reviews still say that they are comfortable. She was thrilled and says they are like slippers they are so comfortable. I felt the insole and it is very squishy/springy feeling. Her walking is even a bit better now that she is not trying to teeter around in heels until she takes care of her knees. As they are just black shoes, when she wears pants you only really see the toe of them so from a looks standpoint she is happy with them and she is someone who refuses to wear unattractive comfort only shoes.
