I love this shoe. I was having problems with my legs and body hurting when wearing my current shoes. I ordered these shoes and can walk for a long time without legs aching. I prefer the softwalk with a heel instead of the flats. I recommended these to my sister. They are the best shoes I've worn in months. I ordered a half-size larger on the closed shoes and they fit comfortably.

Love the shoe, but is a bit longer/wider than other styles. May be due to larger toe box. Am reordering a half size smaller. I have a lot of orthopedic issues due to polio, so am thrilled to find a nice looking shoe I can wear.

Cute shoe! Makes my large foot look much smaller. Very cushy and comfortable to walk in and accommodates my wide foot, however, it still rubs on bone on top of foot. Walking around the house a little has not helped, sad to say I will need to return shoes. :(

Got these shoes and they fit right right off the bat. I have very wide feet, an 11 ww, so I have a hard time finding shoes that fit right the first time I put them on, but these did. I love them! I have had a ton of success with SoftWalk brand of shoes. I highly recommend them!

I have very narrow flat feet, and although this shoe is very cute and is probably very comfortable, it is way too loose in the instep. I wear an 8.5 narrow. Zappos service is great as always.

These shoes are very cute, and I thought that I could also wear them in colder temps, with socks. They have a nice wide toe box, and I liked the height of the heel. I'm sad to say that I have to return, as the top of the shoe was too wide for my foot and the shoe gaps open there. I'll keep looking. Thanks Zappos for your outstanding service.

The footbed was really cushy (very comfortable) but my sensitive feet were irritated pretty quickly by the inside top of the shoe (rubbing).

Nice looking shoe but it rubbed the 5th toe, both feet and the top portion was very loose. My feet lifted up when I walked. They must go back.

Super comfortable shoes. I wear them all day...dressy enough for office and church. Keep feet dry and secure with egg crate liner. Slight heel, wide enough for all...get you a pair.

Nice fit with a little room to spare. If you're in between sizes, go a half size down. The look is great, and as someone else pointed out - large feet look more petite. My only complaint is it's a rather light-weight, not-quite-flimsy shoe for this amount of bucks. It may wear well for years, who knows. But I doubt it.

I have a narrow foot and ordered this show in a narrow. It felt like heaven when I slipped my foot in. Where my instep hit the shoe, I had a about a 1/2 inch gap. I may try in a smaller size in both width and length. I have given up on Naturalizer as they are all too wide once I have worn them a few times. Hence I tried SoftWalk, which also seems to run larger and wider.

Brands I'd also recommend: not much fits me these days other than David Tate and Van Eli. Casual shoes have become a real problem.

Good comfort shoe. Avalon is a clog with a sling back. Good shoe if you have a fussy wide foot. Toe area is nice & roomy. Casual and comfy. I deducted 1 star for annoying "massaging" bumps on footbed.

Love the shoe! It is formal enough for the office (business casual/casual), yet comfortable enough for just about anywhere. I specifically liked it for its ventilation and for the fact that toes are not exposed (for both safety reasons and to hide lack of pedicure!).

I usually wear a 9.5ww; because of the reviews, I ordered a 9ww. Yes, they are big. I'm loving the huge instep because that's my problem with most shoes. The ecru is a lovely neutral color. Comfortwise, these do me well for a day at school but I wouldn't rely on them for a full day of shopping or touring since there's not a lot of arch support. I've ordered another pair in 9w black.
