"It was a suggestion by one of your brilliant staff which encouraged me to email you directly. I adore shoes and I love ZAPPOS. While I live in a large city, I have a very narrow selection of shoes in my size, 8 AA… probably about 30 pairs and mainly the brand Munro (think Grannie shoes). A couple of years ago while surfing the net I came across Zappos. Your service staff are really brilliant and really work to the creed, "WE are a service company that just..." Without fail they are always helpful, dynamic, very polite, and make me feel like they are there to solve my problems, even at 4 am, which is often your local time if I phone you. I buy mostly Stuart W. If you ever speak to him, give him a million thanks for making such great shoes in so many sizes. I love your return policy.
