This shoe is unusually narrow and a little short. I have worn a 10M in this brand and many others with no problem but I couldn't even get my foot into this. From the.picture I thought the sole would be nice and rubbery with some bounce but actually it's a somewhat hard shoe with little flex to it. That said the blue color is nice and the shoe is refined and nice looking. I can't comment on comfort since it was way too small for me wear. It's nice looking enough that I intend to try another size.

I normally wear a 9.5 to 10 M and took the advice of the first review and order 10m because it stated that shoe was narrow. The 10 fits a little loose around the hill and stayed on only with thick socks. Never the less, the shoe is good looking and I immediately reordered in a9.5. The sole is firm but not hard. I am on my feet all day and walk on hard surface. Flexible shoes really hurt. Inside of the shoe is very soft. Can't wait to get my 9.5.

Looking for something to wear with capris. I think these will work. Color goes nicely with denim. I have a large, wide foot, with ugly toes, so need to have the miracle shoe, and these seem to work. They're comfortable, though rub just slightly on bone on top of foot. Will continue to walk around a little in the house, but hope to keep these!

Zappos' service is impeccable! Fast delivery, free, and fast returns also free. These shoes at first felt great,so I threw away the box. But then became more uncomfortable as I wore them all day. So, my own fault for not keeping the box to make the return in. I will keep trying the shoes to see if I can break them in more. They hurt across the part that presses against my big toe joint.

I have a wide foot and this shoe is much narrower than the width it is stated to be. Also suede leather is very cheap looking.

I wore these shoes for all the walking I did in Paris last month. They were very comfortable. I bought my normal size, but when I got them, I could not get my foot in them, so I went a half size up and a wide width. Then they were a bit loose, so I guess I should have done my normal size in a wide width? Anyway, they were great.

So disappointed. I wore SoftSpots many years ago and loved them. The mary jane style is my favorite due to all of my foot problems. This shoe is short on size and tight on width. The comfort on the pillow top technology is wonderful, but if I cannot wear the shoe, that doesn't help at all. still love Zappos.

Way too narrow. These are the first shoes I've had to return for size at Zappos. Otherwise, these would be comfortable. I'm undecided if I want to order the wider size or go with a different style.

This was one of the most uncomfortable shoes I ever tried on. It is true to size but rubs in all the wrong places. Looks nice on but is definitely not comfortable. I wear a size 9 and have a pretty narrow fit and the front was tight even with the adjustments. I've ben a customer of zappos for over 7 years.
