Overall:

Unfortunately the toe box was very low, and they run short. I wear a 10 1/2 but the 11 was too short and my heel ran over the back. Comfy base, but I will have to return.

Not a supportive, or well cushioned shoe. If you have any issues with feet or ankles (I have a few), this is not the shoe. The shoes also came with plastic inserts that cut my hand. The toes are crunched, but my heel is falling out the back.

Overall:

These shoes are very cute - great for work. The patent trim makes them more dressy looking. The heel height is very comfortable. The front is tapered and tight in the toes however and makes them less than perfect.

These are the most comfortable dressy sandals I ever own. These shoes do not hurt my bunion nor does it give me any soft corns on my wide feet. I\'v always had a hard time finding comfortable shoes and these shoes are a winner in my book. I have the Black Patent color and the Black Nappa!

These boots are both beautiful and comfortable. I have very wide feet and the WW feels like it was sent from heaven. The pillowtop technology inside the boot is very soft, but supportive. This is absoultely the best purchase I\'ve made all year!

I recently purchased the Softspots Viola in black. People tell me they look great. A woman stopped me in the grocery store the other day to ask what kind of shoe I was wearing. I like the shoe overall, but I find that the footprint is a little small for me, making them not as comfortable to walk in as I would like. I generally prefer comfort over style, but this shoe has enough of both to satisfy me. Besides, the compliments make up for the minor lack of comfort.

This is a nice, casual shoe. Fits well (I wear the wide width), but the heel is a bit loose. Otherwise, very comfortable and neat-looking.

I bought these shoe to square dance in and wore them for two long days in a row at a convention, right out of the box. This really tested the shoe! I have a high arch and a wider foot and straps across the top of my foot is usually not an option for me, but these shoes work beautifully for me (I did order a wide). I have been wearing them regularly for about a month now and they are really comfortable, well made, and make me feel really smart for ordering them. I also get a lot of compliments on them.

It\'s hard to find shoes for smaller feet, but the size 5 fit perfectly. I love these shoes. I need comfort, but finding comfort in an attractive shoe is difficult. Not only do these fit without adding shoe pads, but they look and feel great. If you truly wear a size 5, these might be a bit snug.

I recently purchased these to use as dance shoes. They are very comfortable, stylish and offer good support. I read the other reviews that recommend getting a 1/2 size smaller & I took that advice which proved reliable. You can't go wrong with these, I plan on getting another pair in a different color.

Sadly, I had to send these back. Softspots usually fit me perfectly, but not these shoes - the toe box felt short and confining. The shoes are very cute and otherwise would have been perfect - but the fit was just too uncomfortable.

Great shoes, they look so much better in person. Great for dress pants or sporty with jeans. And Zappos is the best place to buy them; they upgraded my shipping and I got them in 2 days! Who could ask for anything more?

These shoes, as well as the other 3 pair I purchased and a pair of boots, are the most comfortable footwear I have ever had. I can where them for hours; they fit very well.\r\nI have very short, wide feet, and this is the only place I have found that has shoes that actually fit my feet. I am so pleased.

Love them. Super comfortable with feet that are pretty "particular" (feet are constantly sore from heel spurs/plantar fasciitis, and bunion). I am 40 years old and active. These shoes are super for a casual look and truly difficult feet to please. I just found Zappos within the past 3 months and I just love them. I also have narrow feet, so the selection of narrows is to die for!

I was in a panic looking for a nice pair of closed toed shoes with a wedge heel. I found the perfect pair of shoes at Zappos - Padma by Softspots are soft and fit perfectly right out of the box. Heel height is good, not too high. I would recommend this pair of shoes to anyone.

I absolutely love the Lola from SoftSpot! I have several SoftSpot shoes that I love and this is no exception. This shoe is not only comfortable with the cushion insole, but provides adequate support. I am a size 10W with a high instep and it is very difficult to find shoes, but this shoe accommodates all my needy foot. I have received many compliments on this shoe! People think they are boots at first glance and then are pleasantly surprised that they are a clog. Zappos can do no wrong. Great product & customer service, what more can you ask?

I bought these to wear to a wedding. I have a bit of wide foot so I bought the 7-D in the black velvet Nappa. I have to say they are true to size. Very stylish in a comfortable heel height. There was no break in time for these. I went home at the end of the evening just as comfortable as the night began. I recommend these to anyone that likes the look.

They look great on and are comfortable. However, they did rub my bunion and my little toes. But I wore them with bare feet. I think they will be fine with Stockings. They are very true to size for me.

Comfortable but clunky. Comfortable, but not nearly as cute as they look in the picture. The leather is extremely cheap looking in person (I had to double-check to make sure the whole shoe wasn't actually man-made materials), and it's cut very wide. My feet aren't particularly narrow, but these looked like boats on me.
