Overall:

I have a very high instep and swelling in my feet and have a hard time finding a shoe that fits, if it comes above my toe line. This shoe is comfortable and attractive. It is true to size for my 10 WW foot. I have another pair of Softspots, in this same style, that are comfortable also. I love the detail on the shoe.

I was disappointed in these shoes - I had ordered them as a compromise between style and comfort, but found no comfort in them. Even with a low heel I simply found the design of them to be uncomfortable in the forefoot, where the sole was far too thin for my foot!

I love these shoes; comfortable, well made, true to size, and look great with jeans. I ordered Tuesday, got them Wednesday, and am wearing them on Thursday (no break-in period) and once again, no one can top Zappos for service. I will be a Zappos shopper for life! Just don't you step on my blue suede shoes!

Zappos has saved my life! If it weren\'t for the fact that they carry wide sizes and extra wide sizes, I\'d be at my wits end. The fact that they offer free shipping to and from is a huge convenience. Most of the shoes I order and have to return are not due to Zappos in any way at all but rather due to my problem feet. The shoes they offer are top quality. So for me, Zappos has been an answer to my prayers!

Shoes were very comfortable and true to size. The rounded toe was very appealing and the way the heel was molded made it easier to walk on rather than a block heel. Extremely satisfied with these that I also ordered the same shoe in carmel-brown.\r\nThank you Zappos! A continuing and satisfied customer

I love these shoes! I stand on my feet all day and these are very comfortable. They go with slacks or skirts. I wear a wide shoe and the fit was perfect.

Ordered this shoe in 8W. I've got a wide foot bed and narrow heels. This shoe is very comfortable. I like the strap as it keeps my smaller left foot from slipping out of this shoe. What I don't like is that the strap is wider than the buckle, and it's tough to get done up on some days (I've had to ask a coworker to help me out on occasion!), but the leather seems to be softening up, so that isn't as much of a problem any more. There just isn't enough cushioning on the foot bed for me to wear them outside on our rough and uneven sidewalks for longer walks, but I did buy them to mostly wear in the office. I like the retro style, and they do seem to appear like more of a wedge than a heel (but I like them enough to have ordered another style from this brand!).

I love Sofft shoes. My size is 8 1/2 Wide. These felt more like a 9 Regular. Also, the toe felt a bit longer than it needed to be, like a bit more pointed. All in all, these are still very comfortable shoes. I wore them all day long and they did not need any break in time.

Beautiful style and an answer for women who want a shoe that has a low heel without looking clunky. Runs true to size. Because of "problem feet" I have been very limited on what shoes I can wear; and this style enables me to have a contemporary and somewhat dressier look without sacrificing comfort or moving to pointed toes and high heels.

These shoes felt great the first time I wore them. They are a half size longer, but that is okay with this style. I have very wide feet and have had surgery on a bunion, so I have a terrible time finding shoes that fit. I am so happy that I now have a place to shop for shoes, and don't have to leave home to do it! Thanks Zappos!

How long have I been looking for casual silver sandals? These are cute and comfy, but I am not sure about them. The only issue is that the sole has a real pointy-rounded toe, and I am one of those whose toes are shorter than the big toe, so there is at least one inch of shoe above my toes, and it looks like I am wearing someone else's shoes. I might try a half size shorter? It seems anal, but it really looks tacky. I do better with sandals that have an angled sole.

This shoes is not very comfortable, although I did buy and kept these shoes. The top rubs my toes in the wrong place and the heel is a little bit too wide.

Too wide for my "low volume" foot - I was sorry this cute and comfortable shoe didn't fit my narrow foot. I am not sure they really understand what AA means.

I ordered these shoes and really liked the style. Unfortunately, the leather was too stiff and rubbed my bunions so I had to return the shoes. Overall, I was disappointed with the "pillowtop technology" cushioning because it did not provide enough cushion to reduce foot fatigue when standing or walking very long.

Overall, pretty pleased. I'm enjoying the look of these shoes, but be warned because, although they are true to size, they are narrow feeling. I wear a WW, my normal size in Softspots, and I was concerned that they would actually fit. They did, but they are very close to the skin. These aren't shoes made for thick, warm socks, unless you happen to have narrow feet. On the upside, I love that they are not bulky looking and feeling, and they seem comfortable to walk around in.

Great shoes (as always!). I bought this in red calf after a long search for comfortable business/pleasure travel clogs that don't look fuddy-duddy dumpy. Beware, the red is not red! They should call it burgundy, but even that is not accurate as it is more brown with a reddish tint. I'm keeping it because it keeps the Softwalk promise of pure comfort.

Given the fact that I seldom wear 2.5-inch heels, I found these shoes to be remarkably comfortable. The first time I wore these shoes was dancing, i.e. on my feet for more than four hours. Great cushioning. Very comfortable. With a shoe size of 11N it is not always easy to find shoes that are narrow enough, particularly in the heel. These shoes fit perfectly.

The best sandals! My feet are very hard to fit, long and narrow. And these sandals, in narrow, fit perfectly! I was so happily surprised. I wore them to a graduation, walked all day, and they felt great. So comfortable. I plan to take them traveling to Buenos Aires. Very cute. Great with skirts, but can be more casual with jeans or shorts. I found these very true to size, a 9.5 N. I am so happy with these shoes. And appreciate Zappos letting me return all the ones that don't fit.

Zappos is a great place to shop. I bought this shoe in black and tan. I need a 71/2 EE width shoe, and finding shoes is impossible, even in NY. They make shopping very easy, and returns are a breeze. Also, you get merchandise very fast. This is a wonderful comfortable shoe. Do not hesitate to shop with them. Free shipping and returns are a very big plus when shopping for shoes. I have used them before this and will do so again and again.

Disappointing - The first pair I ordered were too small, the second were too big. One pair must have been incorrectly labeled, but I grew tired of trying and found another shoe.

Wonderfully comfortable dress shoe! I have problem feet (bunions, neuroma, arthritis) and I can wear these shoes all day. In fact, I broke them in at a trade show where I was on my feet for many hours.
