This is a beautiful shoe but the toe box bites into my foot on top. It is wide enough just not deep enough.

Zappos is awesome! When I had to return one pair due to color, they overnight shipped the next pair. I love these shoes! They were a little stiff the first few wears, but now they are very comfortable.

I was iffy on these shoes when I bought them -- it was a "well, I can always return them" whim -- but now I love them to bits. I was worried that they might look dowdy but somehow the 11W manages to make my feet look smaller than pretty much every other pair of shoes I own. They're comfortable for having to run around the office all day, though I wouldn't exactly wear them to walk around the city. The dark pewter is a great neutral that goes with pretty much any color tone outfit I have. Definitely a fan.

This is the cutest shoe! Unfortunatly, it just doesn't fit. I even tried gel inserts and heel pads, but no luck. They will be going back, but I am heartbroken.

Love them! Even better as they have gotten broken in. I wish they had a little more arch support or room for my orthotics, but they are still great, especially for dressier shoes.

I love my new Soft Styles! I recently purchased two pair of another Soft Style shoe. I liked them so much, I wanted to try another style. I selected Soft Style Easy to Pleats because of the color, the round roomy toe area, and the heel height. I am very happy with them. I wore them about 12 hours the first day; putting on many miles while touring a new medical facility. I was comfortable the entire day. My 8M was comfy and roomy for my chubby feet. The arch is very supportive. The sole is very "cushiony" like walking on a soft surface. I will be purchasing another pair.

These are cute and comfortable. I am a high heel wearer, but I needed something more comfortable for some days that I was going to be standing all day. These were perfect. They were perfect with the little wedge and had a nice toe box. I was able to wear them all day without even noticing. That is the best compliment for shoes. I would definitely recommend these. I am a 6½ or 7 and the 7 was perfect.

At first these shoes seemed super comfortable--cute and modern. However, I just wore them out yesterday and ended up having to buy Bandaids to cover up all of my little toes in layers of protection! Ouch!
