This is the best shoe EVER... Wear it all day with absolutely no problem. I lost one of the taps from the heel and had to have that replaced, but I wear them to death so I didn't even mind. Highly recommend and I walk 10K steps a day frequently around the hospital where I work in my heels. No problemo!

These are really cute shoes but even though I ordered the W width they still dig into me where the top straps by the toes are. I can't walk very far in these without pain. If I could I would return them.

sassy and stylish - My right foot is size 9.5, my left size 10. Therefore, for the past umpteen years I've only bought size 10 shoes. After losing a bunch of weight, I started to enjoy dressing girly and seeing as I only had one pair of heels (a pair from Indigo by Clarks--supremely attractive and awesome shoes!) When I received these in size ten, I had a HUGE gap in the back. Even with my arch support inserts, I still had a gap. I went to a shoe store in town and tried on various pumps and other heels and found the same thing in most of them, but in a 9.5 they seemed to fit--at least length wise. Since most shoes in stores are rather narrow, they were snug across my foot. I decided to send back my size 10 Venessas for a size 9.5 pair, and they look and feel fantastic. Some people have commented that they need no break in time . . . these people are extremely lucky I guess! I have never worn a pair of leather shoes, no matter how comfortable and expensive, that didn't need some break in time. So I'm not really sure why I have a gap in almost every heel. I know some peoples' feet slip down in heels, but I almost feel like it's because I have such a high arch that my foot almost accordions when the heel is shoved into the air and therefore my foot almost becomes shorter? Anyway, after sending the 10s back and receiving a new pair, I am very happy. The only problem I have with these types of shoes that are targeted as comfortable and fashionable (i.e. Clarks, Sofft) is that they produce a soft thud sound instead of making a heel click or clack sound. That's obviously a purely personal preference, as I'm sure the sound of heels is irritating or unimportant to some. It's nice when you're in a quiet museum with marble floors, though . . .

Pretty Shoe, much sexier than clogs - I have ugly bunions but you would find me dead before you caught me in an ugly shoe. These are pretty comfy with a nice heel and soft on the bottom. I have a bit of chaffing around the toe box and t-strap but nothing blister worthy.

Cute and comfortable - After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance on these shoes and I'm glad I did. They're cute and comfortable. I have short, wide feet. I bought a wide and the toe-box isn't an issue. They met my gold standard--I could wear them straight out of the box without breaking them in. As always, Zappos service is the best.

Vintage and comfortable! These are by far the best shoes I've ever bought! They are incredibly comfortable and have a great look! I need to buy the other colours! I have wide feet, so it's hard to find cute shoes in my size, but these are perfect!

WOW - These shoes are fabulous. Great looking and comfortable. A little loose, but great with a pair of contrasting socks. I can wear them all day at work or for a night out and my feet don't hurt a bit. The leather is so soft and pliable.

Too small of a toe box - The shoe was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the shoe fit everywhere except the toe box. It is very short and that might be some of the problem that it rounds so quickly and my toes got squashed. If your feet fit, wear it! Beautiful style.

These shoes are exactly what I have been looking for! These shoes are wonderful, comfortable and very well made. Sofft makes shoes that are worth every penny. I love the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Excellent shoe - The Vanessa is a nice, solid dress shoe. It has a great look, is well balanced, and is quite comfortable considering its height. My foot is very wide at the toe and very narrow at the heel, and the t-strap kept my foot in place all night. The first time out of the box I wore this shoe for 5 hours, about 3 of which were dancing. By the end of the night my feet were tired and a little sore, but nothing that carried over to the next day. Overall, I highly recommend this shoe.
