This is a great little shoe in black multi-suede; very stylish and comfortable. They have a nice form fitting foot bed and a great rubber sole. As the other reviewers indicate, order a half size larger than you usually wear and they’ll fit you perfect.

Love the shoes, fit is ok, I guess I needed a double wide,but as long as I don't want to run a marathon they'll do. They were a little pricier than I usually buy, but I was desperate for anything gray and in my size beggars can't be choosers (11 w). All in all a decent buy.

The Sofft Portici definitely runs half a size smaller than what you\'re used to, but overall it is fairly comfortable and I like how it has a cute style without having a high heel.

The shoe runs a half size too small, but fits great if you order with this in mind. I would highly recommend these shoes. No breaking in is needed and walking all day in these shoes is fine. I like that they are multi-toned so you have more options wearing them with different outfits.

Overall they are very comfortable. However, I ordered up a 1/2 size, but could have easily ordered up a full size. They are snug, but not too much to return.

I didn't and had to exchange them. I insist on comfortable shoes since I have lower back problems. These flats are so soft and comfortable. They go with everything in the wardrobe and have a bit of flair compared to all the other ballerina flats out there. Zappos treats me like a "queen." What did I do to deserve this? Thank you Zappos for giving rebirth to customer service. Customer Service is a dying art amongst retailers, and Zappos has brought it back to life! I will never shop the malls for shoes again. Why should I? It's so much easier to just get online and order a bunch of shoes to try on. I encourage my husband and all my friends to give up the shoe shopping nightmare, just log into Zappos! They roll out the red carpet, stay with me until I find what I want, then make sure I am 100% happy! Keep up the good work Zappos. Don't leave me shoeless! Please don't force me back to the "Mall Nightmare." You make shopping so easy and stress-free. So glad you are here.

I love these shoes. I know that some have said that they run small, but almost all flats that I have bought seem to run slightly smaller than pumps of the same brand. These felt a little snug when I first put them on but after wearing them for a few hours around the house they stretched and formed to my feet perfectly. I recently wore them for travel and walked MILES in them and they felt comfy like slippers.

Great shoe, very comfortable and dresses up or down well. Little nubs on the sole provide great traction. It runs a bit small; I had to exchange for 1/2 size up.

I love how this shoe looked on my size 12 feet. Unfortunately, this shoe ran a half size small. This is the first time Sofft has run small on me. Usually this brand is true to size.

This is a lovely shoe, but it is definitely loose in the heel! Also, if you have any bunion activity it may hit in that spot and hurt. I'm really hoping they will stretch out because I love this shoe minus the pain.

I was looking for a cute shoe with a low heel. Unfortunately this shoe was a little loose in the back and my heel moves around and does not keep me stable.
