The heel on this shoe is very chunky. The heel cup ran high and wide. The whole thing was pretty awkward looking and fitting.

I love the Sofft brand and own at least seven pairs of their shoes. I bought these shoes and ended up returning them for a couple reasons: 1. the heel didn't fit snugly on my foot, so my heel slid a bit while walking. I worried that it might cause a blister. And 2. the height of the heel was a bit taller than I usually like. If it weren't for these two factors, I would have kept the shoes. I liked the look, and they felt pretty comfortable.
