These shoes are as wonderful as all the reviews claim. I was looking for a not too high heel so as not to kill my back. These are so comfy and they really do look more classy than the picture. They are quality workmanship and materials. They fit me perfectly. You can wear them for dress-up or casual. As usual Zappos outdoes themselves with the best customer service anywhere and the best guarantee and free shipping to boot. I am a regular customer at Zappos for those reasons.

I've been looking for a shoe with not too high a heel and this one is perfect. It doesn't hurt my back when I wear them.They are actually nicer than the picture and they are quality made. I bought these shoes in the cream color. They are my most comfortable summer shoe and the upper is so soft that I look for excuses to wear them. The fit is good and the side buckle allows you to adjust the fit so that it is just right. I highly recommend these and only wish they came in more colors.

Thanks to another review, I knew to order 1/2 size up. The fit is great. Comfortable shoe even though the heel is 1 inch higher than I normally wear. I took a chance on a higher heel based on the other positive reviews. Glad I did!

These are actually cuter on than in the picture. They looked a little frumpy, but I had faith in Sofft. I wore them a full day to work right out of the box and they were very comfortable. Good heel height, cute and comfortable. I wore them with beige slacks and they looked very good.

These shoes are very comfortable and look even better than in the photos. I usually wear 8W but bought the 8.5M and they fit great! I'll buy this shoe in other colors. Even with my bunions these shoes fit well. Thank you!

Most comfortable everywhere shoe - I love wearing this shoe so much that I actually imagined purchasing an extra pair of the same. Ideal for work with slacks and dresses, yet stylish enough for all other times. The cushioning fills in the space under my very high arches, so my feet never get tired.

Much better looking on than the photos - These are much cuter in person than in the photos and look much higher than they feel. This is my second pair of Sofft shoes and I am very happy with both. I wear an 8.5 or 9 and take an 8.5 in these. I wish they were a tad wider, but I have a very wide foot. Still, I’ve had bunion surgery on both feet and these feel very good for long periods of time. Soft leather and good stability in this shoe. The leather on the sides actually offer some arch support. I like these much better than Clarks and would say they are definitely worth the extra money. My other faves are Kenneth Cole’s Gentle Souls and Gabor.
