"I recently placed an order for boots which I received the next day! The only thing that slipped is setting up my email account. For whatever reason, your system does not like my corporate email address. I didn’t get confirmation emails, but I got my boots the next day! The reason I am writing is to tell you a little story and to say thanks. I had originally ordered the same boots from a competitor website. I took their free shipping offer and after a week and a half, received what would best be described as factory seconds or damaged boots 2 days prior to a trip that I wanted the boots for. I emailed 3 more time 2 days apart and finally called up again a week later and was told again it was Chippewas fault because they were waiting on re-stock of that boot. I worked with them for a solid month, got no boots, and I am still going through Amex to get my refund. The story ends with your organization. I had that last call with the competition Monday morning. Monday afternoon EST I called your customer service, got a very pleasant young lady who did all your website said that you would. She not only confirmed that there was one pair in stock in my size, but was able to make good on your price protection plan AND I had the boots on my feet riding my motorcycle on Tuesday evening! You now have another happy customer that will spread the word. Thanks again. ."
