Strange seams at the heel and toe looked iffy, but after several runs, no problems with rubbing or discomfort at seams. The ankle is a bit too tight - hoping that it will stretch with more use.

These socks are warm yet light enough to wear with my barefoot sneakers. I love them, and the height is just perfect, they don't slip down into my sneakers. Smartwool is the best!

Smartwool is the only sock I'll wear! I wear them everyday and use for gym workouts, walking, bike riding, hiking and just around the house. They are great if you don't want sweaty feet. These socks are even good in summer. They can be pricey but worth it. I wear a size 6.5 and get the size Small.
Brands I'd also recommend: None- I only wear smart wool!
