I bought the black ones. They are very comfortable; however, I was disappointed that for the cost they were made in Korea and not in the U.S. I might still send them back. This price for U.S. would be fine, but not Korea.

Came in a three pack and were just high enough for a spring shoe. Wore them on a cold and warm day and preferred them when it was a bit cooler.

I love these socks! They have liberated my Converse low-tops from closet prison. Thin, so they don't affect the fit of the shoe, wicking, so your feet don't feel sweaty, even in summer, and the gray edge is almost exactly the same color as the khaki/gray shoe. Great for Danskos too. Smartwool is the best! I only wish they came in more colors! Buying them in the other color right now.

Great socks, my feet won't get too warm in them and they stay in place. One word on sizing though: I usually wear 7.5 and sometimes, but rarely size 8, and I had to size down in the socks. I first ordered MD, and they were quite big. I'll keep them for home, but the size that really end up fitting in my oxfords is SM even though it's marked for sizes 4-6.5.
