Don't waste your money! Very uncomfortable unless you have a narrow, no instep feet. Go for Acorns or Daniel Green slippers. Zappos has the best customer service! They immediately made my slipper order right after I called about these poorly made expensive slippers. I ordered the Acorn Spa Sliders much to the relief of my feet and my pocket book! Thanks Zappos!

Like walking on pillows. So comfortable! The cream color is very nice and goes with anything. Would definitely repurchase.

I'm very picky about the type of fabric I can tolerate on slippers and these are great. I ordered what at first seemed like too small a size but they stretched to the perfect size very quickly. I immediately ordered another one because slippers are hard to find for me!

I bought these for my mother-in-law for a gift. She has foot problems and needed slippers with an open toe. This is her second pair and she really likes the support and open toe feature so that her arthritic toes aren't confined.

This is my 3rd pair of the Smartdog Joys! Hands down these are the best slippers on the planet! You stick your feet into them and your feet will say "Aahh." They are comfy and not too tight. Your feet will feel like they are on pillows.

I'm now on my 3rd pair of Smartdogs. I have the flip flop style for summer/spring, the scuff style for around the house in the colder months and I'm about to get another pair that I can use to run in/outside with (to the garage, mailbox etc., just so I don't wear out my house pair too fast). I originally found these when I was working from home & needed a pair of slippers that would give me support on the hard wood floors at home all day. I was starting to have a ton of foot pain and even my running shoes were starting to hurt my feet. I wasn't optimistic they would hold up to their claim of support, but upon putting them on, my feet immediately stop hurting! For those reviewers who don't think these slippers have any support (there isn't some huge bump at the arch or anything) this isn't true! I probably wouldn't have assumed it either if I hadn't been having trouble with my feet at the time I checked them out. In addition, they have just the right amount of snug-ness so you don't have to scrunch your toes up to keep them on your feet, including going up/down stairs (a big reason why I think they allow the foot to stay aligned and supported). Get a pair; you'll love them!

Smartdogs are always a great slipper. Very well made and comfortable. They are definitely worth the price. I actually will not wear any othe slipper. Since they are not sold in my area, Zappos is wonderful! Nice video to view the item, super fast delivery, and free shipping with free return. What else could you ask for? However this particular slipper style has a safety issue. The Velcro does not hold causing the slipper to fall off unexpectedly. Chose a different style. The review process Zappos provides is also great so information can be shared. Tank you, Zappos!

Love these slippers. They are worth every penny. They are so comfortable and cozy. Love the way they look and feel. The best slipper I have ever had.

I have difficult-to-fit feet: the balls of my feet are very wide, my heels are extremely narrow, I have high arches and a correspondingly high instep, and my feet are bony. These slippers work great with all these issues. The fabric is flexible to accommodate my wide forefoot, the strap across the top holds my feet in the slipper securely but without cutting, and the heel doesn't chafe. The sole is very grippy--I have no worry about slipping down the stairs in these. I have even worn them on the short walk to and from the car for trips to friends' houses. Also, while these slippers are the warmest I've owned, they do not make my feet feel sweaty or overheated. My only complaint is that there is not as much cushion in the sole as I would consider ideal. Even on my hardwood floors, though, these slippers are very comfortable. I would buy these again and recommend them to anyone with similarly difficult feet.

Way too small! Had to return them and since I had another option I didn't even bother to reorder and try a size bigger. I usually wear size 8 shoes, 7.5 sometimes, depending on the brand and these definitely run small.

When I got them, I absolutely loved them, until I saw what the bottoms were doing to my floors. They were leaving black marks everywhere and I had to constantly be washing all my floors. I threw everything away so I cannot return them, so they will be given to charity. Be careful the material on the bottom of the shoes as far as floors go. I feel bad because they were exactly the type of slipper that I was looking for.

I love these slippers! They seem a little snug at first but within a week or so of wearing them they conformed to my foot and are so soft and comfy. I've had lots of slippers in the past and by far these are the best, most supportive, comfortable, best quality of all. Actually this is my second pair. I've had the others for a couple years and have laundered numerous times and they still are in good shape! I also love Zappos and their outstanding service!

Love smart dogs slippers . This is my 2nd pair and I would not buy any other brand I actually purchased Ugg slippers before but felt they were more for wearing out not in the house. I bought these slippers and my feet are always toasty and if I chose to wear them out I can. They were delivered fast and I'd order again.

After many years, I have found the perfect slippers! They're warm, comfortable and WASHABLE ! The very best of everything. The sole allows me to run outdoors to get the newspaper or even make a mad dash into the store. I now own two pair and have bought a pair for my daughter-in-law (who also recommended them to a friend of hers) Love them....totally!

Very cute slipper. I wanted these to work, but the back hurt my heel even though the size was accurate. I would try another style of Smartdogs, but this one just didn't work for me.

These slippers are very cute and seem like they will be really warm; however... they run way small. I don't even know if a full size larger would be enough.

Not much for reviews, however - I repeatedly use Zappos. They have never let me down. I feel that there customer service is top notch. They were very helpful for the gift for my wife when I forgot that she can't wear wool. Ordered on Sunday, they arrived on Monday! You guys rule!

I have purchased these before and been very happy. But in the past, they were lined with a natural product. I'm pretty sure these are synthetic -- they are very hot. I am not at all happy with them.
