Love this skirt for cycling and running. I'm 6' tall and some of the run skirts shorts creep up but these have a gripper around the leg so they stay in place without being too tight. It's a light padding on the short so great for doing bike/run triathlon workouts.

This is a great skirt for spinning class or a short ride. I wouldn't recommend it for longer rides due to lighter padding and seams, but I walk to the gym for spinning and this is perfect. I'm 5'10 and 145 lbs... the medium fits perfectly and is long enough.
