I work in a factory and suffer from plantar faciitis. I have had 2 surgeries on my left foot and a bone spur removed from that same foot. My Dr. would only let me return to work if I wore these shoes. I wear only these shoes! I haven't had on a pair of heels for 2 years. The lateral support is excellant. The cushion to the arch and support for the rest of the foot is excellant, also. I highly recommend this shoe.

I bought these shoes 2 years ago, and have tried to get used to them. They feel very comfy at first, but then cause pain on the top of my foot, right near my ankle. I now have tendinitis in both ankles. And yes, I did as recommended and only wore them for short periods of time, trying to work my way up to my full 9 hour shift as a bartender. I've had them 2 years & they still look brand new.

I am a server and am also in culinary school. Both require me to wear slip resistant shoes, and these are the best ones I have ever had. I'm not so sure about the toning power, but they definitely do force you to walk correctly. When you're on your feet all day like I am, it is such a relief not to have the lower back pain when you get home. Plus, I'm short and they make me taller! I can finally reach more! These are a great investment if you have to be on your feet all day.

This is the best shoe I've ever tried. My legs and feet was always achy when I got home from work, but these shoes help my feet all the way up my back. I recommend these shoes to anyone who's on their feet all day.
I'd also recommend: NIKE

Skechers shape ups are the best sneaker I have ever found. I hope they never go out of style it helps my legs and feet so much.
I'd also recommend: this is the only brand I would recommend
