I work in food service and bought these to replace a pair of TredSafe shoes in pretty much this exact style. I would totally buy these shoes again -- they are plenty stylish, easy to care for, and the non-slip soles offer an excellent amount of traction. My only complaint is that these shoes are not terribly cushy. I'm going to have to invest in some insoles because I definitely have noticed that my feet/legs tire more easily. But, for what it's worth, I had to use insoles in the TredSafe shoes, too.

I ordered these to replace a pair of Skechers I really like, but are no longer available. I was hoping they would be similar, however I was wrong. They lack the cushion and support my old Skechers had. I kept them, but I won't be ordering another pair in the future.

Firstly, kudos to Zappos! You guys never cease to impress me! Now the shoes, I just got them a few minutes ago, as soon as I wore them, I know I would be wearing them tonight at work. I am an RN working 12 hours shift but I am sure these shoes are not going to fail me. They are light and soft. So I am sure these babies do not need any breaking in. It is not a huge departure from what I am currently wearing in terms of style.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Zappos and Skechers as well. These shoes are great, not as stylish as I like but comfortable for work.
Brands I'd also recommend: Skechers is my all time favorite

Great shoe for the price. I work in busy OR so they should be great. Still breaking them in to my fat foot...but really, good shoe for the money. Usually buy Merrells but I am happy with the Skechers so far.

Very comfortable right from the start. Non-slip sole works great in muddy and wet conditions. And the shoe isn't too heavy, which is a plus.

As soon as I tried these on I knew that I would be sending them back. For me, they lacked cushioning and support. As a chemist, working in a laboratory for a chemical manufacturer, I'm often on my feet the entire work day standing on hard concrete and just couldn't imagine myself doing that in these shoes.

I found reviews by others to be accurate and helped in my decision to buy. I replaced the removable insert with a gel insert. I bought 1 size bigger to insure fit as comments suggested.
