I love Zappos and I love these boots. As far as I am concerned, I am a Zappos customer for life. It is hard to find a company today that has customer service as great as Zappos. As for these boots, I love them! However, I should have listened to what other people have said in their reviews. They run large. I am getting ready to send them back for the next smaller half size. I usually wear 8½ in all my shoes. I am exchanging these for an 8. I like them so much that I am going to order the same boots in black.

I bought this boot for riding motorcycle and they are very comfortable right out of the box. Bought a size 11 as this is my normal size and they fit great. Just ordered a pair of Mark Nasons from Zappos and can't wait to get them!

Very cute boot but I have to return. I'm a woman and wear a size 12.5-13. I really wanted a men's 10.5-11 but they were out of stock and the reviews said the boot runs big so I gambled on a men's 9.5 and lost. They fit with thin socks or barefoot (so the boot really does run big) but with thick socks and/or an orthotic it's over. They are really nice boots though. Bummer.

The quality, comfort, and style all make this boot a winner. As mentioned in other reviews, this boot fits at least a full size (if not a full size-and-a-half) larger than normal. I normally wear a 12, but the size 11 I ordered fit a bit big. If you don't have enormous calves, you might want to pass up this style.

Boots were great, just what I expected. Received them quickly. Returned one pair (wrong size), and were refunded very promptly. Would definitely buy from Zappos again.

Great style, comfortable even for a wide foot. The back strap ripped right off on the first pull with very little effort. Makes me concerned about their overall quality. BIG. I wear a 10 in everything, and find the 9.5 still roomy in the length.

I’ve had these boots almost two months now. These boots feel approx 1/2 size larger than marked. I measure a true 14.5D and normally have to buy a size 15D boot to have sufficient toe/forefoot room, but the size 14D boots are a perfect fit for me, probably due to the snip toe. They are very comfortable considering the price and I get many compliments on the style. The leather is very soft, but has a somewhat "dry" feeling to it, even after a coat of mink oil. I use these boots for motorcycling and have no problem getting the toe under the shift lever. The sole, while aggressive, is not so thick as to interfere with foot position on the pegs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an inexpensive boot alternative that is still stylish and very confortable. Keep in mind that these boots are not in the price range of Chippewa or Frye and don’t have that "high quality" feel, but are very well-made. I LOVE Zappos! Customer service is absolutely GREAT and online ordering, shipping, etc is the best on the web! I only wish they would carry more Chippewa pull-on styles in size 14 or 15. My first choice of boot was a Chippewa Snip-Toe Bison leather, but would have had to buy from another web-site. I just won’t trust anyone, but Zappos!
