We bought these sneakers for our 3 year old granddaughter. She recognized them immediately, to our surprise, and yelled "twinkle toes!" They appear to be of good quality and don't look cheap like a lot of light up shoes do. These were a size too large on purpose, so we cannot answer most of the questions about fit.

This is a very cute shoe and my daughter loves them. Even more so, she loves the attention she gets when she wears them. The shoe is wide enough for easy on and off on toddler feet and sturdy enough for my daughter's constant go, go, go! The only downsides are that the fabric toe with the lights cannot be cleaned well and some of the "jewels" have fallen off with only a few weeks of wear.

Excellent shoes and my daughter absolutely loves these shoes. I think they are sturdy, she doesn't complain about them hurting. She loves the lights and I love the colors.
