I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. I am so impressed with Zappos that I just have to write this review right away. I bought this item on Tuesday at 11 am and 25 hours later the box arrived at my work. I think the shoes are a bit big and I may have to exchange them, nevertheless I can see they are good quality and like I said Zappos has won me over with their quick service. Thank you Zappos!

These shoes are great! They are light and comfy, and have great traction when you have to dismount. This is my 2nd pair of MTB shoes, my first pair were a cheap pair that I picked up on sale and I've spent the past 5 years paying for it. After about 7 or 8 miles my feet would go numb. Not with these bad boys. But the best thing about them was the price for a great pair of MTB shoes...you can't beat it!

The Zappos customer service was excellent. I had to call to get the correct clips to go with the shoes, and everyone I spoke to were extremely helpful and resourceful. Thank you! I love my shoes, their clips -- and Zappos.com!

I've used these shoes in about ten spin classes now and they are comfortable. I am normally a size 10 and the 45s fit me great. You must also order the cleat for your pedals.. I ordered the SPD cleat type and they fit the bikes at the gym perfectly. These shoes do come with all the mounting equipment, including screws, for the cleats. These are my first pair of cycling shoes and they are a huge upgrade from stuffing my normal cross-trainers into the cages on the pedals. I feel that I get a better workout with this equipment than my old sneakers. They are a bit bulkier looking than many other styles/brands. I'm not willing to pay more than double for a more stylish shoe that I only wear at the gym for an hour 3 times a week. To each his own. :-)

I wear a womens 11.5 on my right foot. The largest womens shoe in this model was too small. Zappos called Shimano and they recommend an equivalent size in mens. It was the same size as the first pair of womens. Sent those back and up-sized one from there. They are now perfect. Keep in mined Shimano has no clue about their own sizing. These run way small so be advised.
