Sesto Meucci

I loved them until I walked in them for an afternoon of errands. I have smooth heels, not curvy ones and every time I got in or out of the car or walked 50 feet the heel straps fell down. In between errands I came home and put a strip of moleskin along the back hoping it would make the difference. It helped a tiny bit but by the end of the afternoon I had had it. The heel straps just would not stay up. Maybe if my feet were shaped differently. Like my sister-in-law who has a bump above the heel so all kinds of straps stay up. These would not for me. Maybe if they made them with elastic and/or a grip inside the heek strap they would stay on me. I bought them in navy and black and they are going back. Too bad because I love the heel height.

Love this shoe. Ordered in wide width. Was very comfortable. I was able to walk and stand for hours.

Cute shoe but runs a bit small. Usually would have taken a 9 in this; need a 9 1/2 but they don't have one. Trying a 10; we'll see.

These shoes are great looking, and are sized correctly. I have a bunion issue that made this shoe not work for me because of the design, but hated to return even then.

Great sandal. Good looking and comfortable. I usually take a 7 but exchanged them for a 7.5 to have a little extra room in hot/humid weather when my feet tend to swell a little. I've only had them a few weeks but wore them a lot on vacation in Belize and since coming home to unseasonably warm weather in the SF bay area.

Really comfortable, and the straps give a secure feeling without being too trendy. Heel is a good height, there is enough width for my wider foot and I love the bright red color. Will start wearing now that the weather is improving (Spring WILL come) and may order another color!

Beautiful sandals but very narrow. I am exchanging them to go up a half size but I don't know if that will solve the problem. If the sandals are still too narrow, they may not work for me. I love the color and will be very disappointed.

Ok, I got size 9, and it is perfect. They are not terribly bigger than 8.5 and the fit is much better. I am glad I got them a bit wider for a good fit. These shoes being from Italy remind me of Taryn Rose shoes in comfort. They just have the right arch shape to provide the support without cushion. I know I can also get liners from Golden Toe with a tiny cushion built in if I need it for loner walking. Style, killer. You will adore these with khaki, dark green etc.

Made in Italy is a plus and harder to find. Texture is interesting and design conservative. A good fit for a narrow foot. Would like them even more if the soles were leather. All in all happy with my purchase.

I ordered these because of the past reviews saying they run really small. I found that not to be the case. I wear a 5 and the smallest these come is a 6. They are way too big and I have to send them back. That being said they are so cute I love them and please make them in a 5. I would buy any and all colors.

Very disappointed with these shoes. The black stain used on the shoes rubs off on my feet and stockings. The black color does not wash out of my stockings. I would never buy these shoes again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I might expect a cheap shoe to do this, but surely not one that is so expensive. Also, I have used the shoes just a few times (because of the problem with the staining), but the heels already look worn down. Very poor quality overall.

This is a great shoe, I love it. I usually wear 8.5 and ordered this size and it turned out a bit small, like a tiny bit small. So I am ordering size 9 now.

Don't buy these. While they are nice looking and very comfortable, they fell apart after about 8 weeks and the heel strap was always falling off; very annoying while walking.

These flats are beautifully designed in Sesto Meucci's signature stying. They are comfortable, true to size, and provide enough room in the size 6 medium width. I have worn many shoes by this designer and this one lives up to the same high standard.

These shoes look beautiful. I love the style, however, they are a bit tight across the front of my foot and they squeak and creek when I walk. I will probably try to return them since I have only worn them on the carpet in the house. I hope they have a similar design in other brands.

Lovely shoe, but it has a strange fit. I have ordered it in two sizes now (9N and 9.5N) but the toe is very hard and uncomfortable -- cramped feeling - whereas the rest of the shoe was loose and a bit wide/gapping (in both sizes). Therefore I am returning it unfortunately.

A beautiful shoe but not comfortable. The place where you put your feet is hard; no cushioning of any kind.

I thought these shoes were really nice and comfortable and liked the look of the strap. I did not like the fabric at all because it was too shiny so I opted for theoretical casual bone shoe in this same style which is also less money and a slightly smaller heal. If you like this fabric, I would recommend this shoe. True to size.

Very cute and a little different looking espadrille. Really love the look and comfort although i would not want to do major walking in them. I did not think these shoes run small at all but it is a tricky fit. I am a 7 in regular shoes, and sometimes a 6 and 1/2 in sandles. I added a cheap inner sole in the sole only and it made the fit much better so that back strap did not slip.

REALLY narrow. Couldn't even get into it. Ordered 9M and the left shoe was VISIBLY narrower than the right. Left was a like a slim. Right was like a narrow. Left heel was looser because the lining wasn't made as tight. Quality brand so will try another pair.
