Fabulous shoes. I would highly recommend them. They are very sturdy wintery office shoes. I feel comfortable walking in them on the slick streets and they are stylish enoguh for the office. Plus they are warm and comfortable. The heel high is perfect for me. On top of that, I\'m pregnant and they feel great. They are well worth the price becasue they\'ll last for years!

Pretty expensive, but these are nice shoes. I took the other reviewers' advice and ordered a half size smaller any they fit just fine. Much as I like them, they won't be my everyday shoes, though. I travel a lot and really "wear" my shoes. These have pretty thin soles (comfort is fine though) and as one of the other reviewers mentioned, they are really susceptible to damage; one kick on the curb or bump on an escalator and that will be it!

These are beautiful shoes. I have a hard foot to fit; naturally I'm 5w and I have to typically scale to 6 or 6.5 medium/regular to accommodate the width of the ball of my foot. Makes shoe-shopping rough, so I typically do it once or twice a year (once for boots, once for sandals) and I wear what I get into the ground. But when I saw these pretty elegant shoes I had to try them on even though I wasn't really shoe-shopping. To my shock, they fit and were comfortable. Oh, I admit the ones I have are 6m (the store didn't have any wide widths) but this shoe even at a size "larger" is so comfortable, and I'm over the moon to realize that they do offer wide widths if I should ever desire to order them. I love this design. At risk of saying the shoes are masculine, I do think it's inspired in design by most men's leather dress shoes. It has the same practical-but-elegant swoop to the toe that you see in the snazzier men's styles. In other words, it doesn't try to treat your toes like they're boobies to be warped and put on display, nipples and all. I guess I could say these shoes respect your feet. And the silver-gray iridescence is a nice feminine counterpoint to a good pair of slacks for the office or new, fresh jeans for play. I like. And I'm watching this shoe maker; it hurts to pay a few hundred for shoes, but this is the first crossroads of size-I-need and elegance I've found from a shoemaker.

This Sesto shoe is not only stylish but is comfortable. With several foot problems to deal with, I have to be very careful about my shoes and so I return frequently to this line. They are true to size, lovely to look at, have excellent arch support. I had hoped to get this shoe in brown also, but alas, it is only in black. Hats off to the wonderful employees of Zappos for their service.

As usual, excellent Zappos service. The shoes are lovely. I was somewhat disappointed, given how expensive they are, that as I wear them they are loosening, in the heel area. I have to try to figure out what sort of insert to use to correct this situation.

I love Zappos! Excellent selection and the best service ever! Having bought from Zappos several times, I found myself in need of shoes in a hurry last summer in the way north. Ordered from Zappos and had them two days after I put in the order, and no shipping charges!

I bought these for a trip to Italy. They were new, and I walked at least 6 hours a day. They were fantastic, even better than sneakers, and looked a lot better. I was most concerned about comfort, and they were great. I got them in my usual size, and they fit. I added Dr. Scholl's inserts for sport shoes because I needed a little more arch support. I would highly recommend them.

Before I broke my pinkie toe I was a true 7M. I ordered the 7 wide which fit like an ordinary 7M up front, but was loose in the heel. I agree with others that these shoes feel 1/2 size too small in the toe box. Also, for the price they are nothing special to look at. You could get a shoe with a very similar appearance for a lot less money.

Love Sesto Meucci, they are beautiful, but I have a wide foot and this is the only Sesto Meucci wide shoe I have ever ordered that is really a B width. I kept them because of their beauty and will wear them in discomfort.

I bought these boots because I was looking for ones that weren't huge at the top, were flat, and still looked feminine. These fit that criteria on all scores. I have thin calves, so these were a great fit for me.

The shoes appear to be well constructed, with a lot of support. However, I feel that the size is at least a half size too small.

This is an extremely classy looking shoe. This shoe would definitely dress up a pair of slacks or jeans to the nth degree. I bought the brown ones, and they would look stunning with a pair of camel or brown slacks with a camel blazer. I normally love Sesto Meucci shoes, however, there was no arch support in these shoes, and my little arch supports didn\'t fit very well in this style. So, despite the classy style, I had to return them because of the fit and lack of arch support. Thank goodness Zappos has great customer service and a wonderful return policy.

A stunning, classic shoe that is a rich-looking and sophisticated update to the penny loafer. Very comfortable, although feels a tad bigger than the size 7 it’s supposed to be.

I thought the picture was better than the shoe on this one. The shoes were more yellow colored in person. They were comfortable, but not great for the price. Too yellow for my taste.

I was sorry to have to return these shoes because they are absolutely beautiful and just the right style and heel height for work with skirts or slacks. They are a very high quality product that looks more expensive than they are. Unfortunately, the width of the shoe was too great around mid-foot and the toe box was too short. A longer size would not have solved the problem either. I have another pair of sesto meucci shoes that are so incredibly comfortable that I thought these would work too.

How I would have loved to keep this shoe: cute, soft, neutral and fun; if only the width would have been right, but the person labeling it before shipping to the U.S. must have had too much vino the night before! I ordered a wide because this manufacturer cuts on the slim side, but this 8.5 W really is a narrow because it is 1 cm narrower than a similar style I own of the same brand in medium width. Please, after I return it, do change the size sticker and your inventory records because it is too nice a shoe not to be sold to a "narrow" customer.

These are comfortable and versatile. I wore them to a daytime wedding where I was on my feet most of the day. The color is neutral; goes well even with a printed dress. Any shoe that's comfortable the first day you wear them is the sign of a good shoe. I tend to have a narrow foot, but can't wear a AA. The B width worked great (which means they tend to run narrow). I've never worn this brand before, but I'll buy it again.

Great comfortable casual shoe with pants. Typical Gorgeous and Well-made Sesto Meucci Shoe. These run a tad big. I usually buy 9-1/2 or even a 10, but I returned the first pair for a size 9 and it fits great. I could have worn the larger size, but the size 9 is more comfortable and this soft buttery leather will probably stretch a little over time. The "creamy black" looks like a dark grayish bronze to me. Very attractive, but not really black. These shoes are great for walking city streets. Lots of cushion and good tread.

I feel like the high price of these sandals actually save me money because I’ve stopped shopping for sandals that I give away because they’re uncomfortable. They are the best sandals I have ever owned. I am hooked on Sesto Meucci. I am narrow and the narrows are very true to size. And Zappos had them here in 1 day!

These are the most comfortable shoes I own! I first bought them in black then in the brown because of their comfort. I have plantar fasciitis and do not even need to wear orthotics with them. Very stylish and I can walk in them all day - would buy in other colors if they were available. Beautifully made, dress up or down. Worth the money!
