The customer service I have received at Vip Zappos has been exceptional; the best ever. The shoes I have ordered have arrived the very next day and if I had to return a pair, the return shipping label arrived very quickly (3-5 days in the mail/my printer is broken or I could have printed it). Once Zappos got the shoes back they credited my pay pal very quickly. The whole return process took less than a week. \r\n\r\nThis is a nice sturdy shoe with a rubber soul to prevent slipping in icy or rainy weather. Too bad they run a little more narrow than the 3E that normally fits me, so I was not able to even get my foot into the shoe, as this is a really nice and well constructed shoe. I would order a size wider than you normally wear. Lucky me, I found another zappos shoe style that works better for me. I recommend Zappos 100%. \r\n\r\n

Best Penny Made!
First penny found with a rubber sole for comfort & safety but it still looks dressy, not dull rubber on the parts showing. Top quality leather, excellent fit. Sebago need keep this model as it is and expose it more. Great with dress slacks, a suit, Dockers or even jeans. Classic. *Zappos - I'm a loyal customer and still can't figure how I can order shoes at 9:00pm and have them waiting at my door less than 24 hours when I get home from work!

Problem at the heel - I have been wearing this pair of shoes for 18 months. Looks good, feels good. However, there is a squeaking sound from the right side heel recently. The annoying noise comes out from every step. I plan to have heel repair and see any improvement.

Not Johnson Murphy!
I had typically purchased Johnson Murphy loafers, but got tired of the high prices. Thought I would try these at a much lesser price. While the quality of the shoe is not to JM standards, it is probably worth the price. Time will tell if it will hold up like JM, but for now I am happy with the purchase.

Met expectations -
Smart looking dress shoe and classic design. I tried 4 different styles, and this one met the bill. I wanted a loafer with a Vibram sole that didn't look bulky. This is a great shoe for the office, and a walk around town.

Excellent shoe - I have a high instep - always wore Rockports, but they changed styling. Sebagos are very comfortable, easy on which is important at airports.

Sebago Sherman Suede -
An outstanding product at this price point. I have never been able to find an acceptable fit in a Penny Loafer until now. My foot is not particularly wide, but I have a moderately high instep. Shoe is comfortable, almost like a pair of slippers, because of the construction method. Although I purchased this model in suede, I was a little disappointed in the finish. Color was fine however the nap was a bit smoother than I expected.
Zappos shipping was fast!
