"I am writing this email to rave about the superior service that I received from your company! I had been dealing with another site. I placed an order, received an email that the boots I ordered were discontinued and that my credit card would be credited. I placed another order, waited a week and a half, and finally called them to find out what was happening with my order. It turned out that the boots I ordered were on backorder until June, but now, both charges were still on my credit card. I canceled my second order and requested that BOTH charges be removed from my credit card. I did receive confirmation that both of the charges were finally removed. When I saw your website and the pay later program, I took a chance on ordering another pair of boots thinking that if I was treated in the same manner, at least I was not paying for something that I did not receive. I received my boots today, 1 and 1/2 days after placing the order. I was shocked to say the least! I requested the standard free shipping and was thrilled when I could track the progress of them. The boots are exactly what I wanted, they fit perfectly, and I am an extremely satisfied customer! I will make sure that I tell everyone that I know what excellent service Zappos provides!
