"1st Experience with Zappos - I just wanted to say how great the service was at Zappos.com. Soon after I got the boots (after exchanging for a smaller size) I told my husband that the person on the phone was really nice and he did everything to help me without hesitation. That was the best customer service experience I ever had. I told my friends at work that Zappos.com was great and that the customer service was excellent. I had never shopped at Zappos.com or online before. A few weeks later, I saw the CEO of Zappos.com I believe his name was Tony and he was talking about how his main goal is customer service and I thought, yeah they were great when I called. More recently I saw him again in the Celebrity Apprentice. All I can say is great job and we can buy these products anywhere, but I will spend my money to the businesses that appreciate it and treat me fairly and nicely.
