"I have now worked for web based company for about 2 years, and we always try to offer the best service we possibly can. We sell building materials, so customer service is very important. People always need to know where their order is, and when it is going to arrive. We do the best we can, and I now expect that same level of dedication from anybody I purchase from on line. First of all, your selection is great, especially for a guy like me, who stands 6' 7" with size 14-15 shoes. I can't find my size hardly anywhere. My orders are always well documented, I never wonder what's happening with my package, and my shoes have always arrived in a timely manner. (And with the helpful customer feedback, they always fit!!) While I have not yet had a problem with any order, I get the feeling that if I ever did have a problem, you all would be more than willing to help. Now, I just placed an order for shoes last night at something like 10:30 PM, (Pacific time, I'm actually just north of SF, where I believe your warehouse is?) and got to my email this morning to find a notice that my shoes would be arriving tomorrow!! Man, I think that is fantastic. Good work, you people. You’re freakin sweet. Thanks a lot!!! "
