"I just wanted to tell you that you provide the best customer service I've encountered in an on line business. I had no desire to buy shoes on line, since you can't see what you are buying. But I cannot find women's shoes in narrow widths in the stores, and a friend told me about your site. The site is extremely well designed, easy to navigate, flexible for searching, quickly updated, with all of the information needed easily accessible. Having 1-day shipping paid in both directions and a simple process for returns convinced me to try an order for the first time. Though my first choices were unsuccessful and I returned them, I just tried again after another failed round in the local stores. The shoes that I selected this time are what I needed.
