I have yet to listen to the joke of the day, but I will. I was connected to a customer service rep who was so gracious and helped me with my order. We talked a little and I explained why I wanted these shoes. She, as all of your employees always go out of their way to please customers. That was that. The next day to my surprise a beautiful arrangement of red tulips arrived. I couldn't imagine who sent them. I opened the card and started to cry. I just sat down and held the vase which was also bright red with a beautiful red ribbon. I have been dealing with a very rare kind of kidney cancer for the last 10 months. I have been through a lot but I believe in the power of prayers and I have a lot of people praying for me. I also have great faith that I can beat this. My husband died of Melanoma cancer 3 years ago and it has been rough. But God only gives us what we can handle. He gave us 5 beautiful daughters and they are my strength. I have never had anything like this happed to me from a stranger, How could I even express my gratitude for this. I will never forget what you did for me and I encourage all my friends to buy their shoes from Zappos. I am a great believer in paying it forward and I always have helped someone out unexpectedly, too. I just want to say thank you again and I hope you know what a great company you have and employees.
