"To the Fabulous Staff at Zappos, I just wanted to send you a thank you for the amazing service you provide. The friendliness of the customer service reps says a lot about Zappos as a company. I was in the market for a pair of snow boots for an upcoming trip to Lake Tahoe. I wasn't completely in love with the first pair I ordered, so I exchanged them for another pair that as it turned out, didn't fit very well. I then decided that I wanted the first pair back. While the original pair was enroute back to Zappos, I realized that they were the last of my size available. I called the returns dept. to see if there was any way to get them back. Long story short, I received the original pair back yesterday. Your customer service reps have the patience of saints. This was my first purchase from Zappos, but certainly won't be my last. Thank you so much for being a company that stands out in a positive way. "
